The thing that annoys me about SNK games is that so many characters have a super move that covers the entire screen which is hard to evade, the only option u really have it to guard against the attack. Street Fighter characters don't need such attacks they're more than powerful enough without a super move that covers the entire screen
Many characters? I think you need to stop watching too much KOF mugen videos. Because thats what mugen did to all its characters. Only most of the SNK bosses have screen filling attacks such as Orochi, Krizalid 2002, both Zeros, Igniz, Mukai, Magaki, and Saiki. The only non-boss character with a screen filling attack is K9999. The rest of the entire KOF cast dont have screen fillers. "Street Fighters are powerful enough without screen filling attacks" You mean like Akuma and Sagat spamming projectiles? Because thats the only thing they can do lmao Capcom's only two bosses have screen filling attacks too. Alpha Bison's psycho crusher and Gill's Seraphic wing. Without those attacks they wouldn't put much of a challenge so that's quite of hypocrite of you sir.

Goenitz is less cheap than Akuma. Shin Akuma has super low health and Goenitz was barely doing any damage with his attacks. Meanwhile Akuma has a instant death move. Seems more cheap to me.
