Images of Ramdevra in December 2006

Good morning,
This old video shot in 2006 and initially uploaded in 2011 was re-uploaded because Mars Inc deemed it to be copyrighted (Ramdevpir Bhakti Song).
Since I was the one who filmed this in a temple, I wonder what is protected. Mars Inc having maintained its complaint, I removed my first video, and uploaded another shorter one framed differently, and where the sound was altered.
RUclips's algorithms sometimes make mistakes, but in all other cases, those who were the supposed rights owners recognized that what I had uploaded was original content.
