An online buddy told me the other day that every time you fix a car it requires a blood sacrifice lol. Been having hell lately myself and don't think my 2016 kia forte is even gonna survive the 2 more years there is paying on it...pretty nasty oil burning problem I've doctored for awhile but after it started hella misfiring and shaking the other day I pulled the coils out and 3 of the 4 were drenched in oil, go figure the one dry one had its plastic connector broke lmfao, I zip tied it, replaced the worst coil and it made it driveable and have 2 more coils coming this week to limp it along. There's supposed to be recalls on the theta 2 engine it uses but if they try to bullshit me I don't have money to fight them with a lawyer. I have it down to using 0.5q of oil a month instead of the whole dipstick every week by using a little thicker 5w30 oil, some RESTORE here and there, and Liqui Moly Motor Oil Saver every couple months which made the biggest difference. 0/10 would not recommend, if I had known GDI engines gunk themselves up so bad too I would have never gotten it. I might as well have gotten something cheap off marketplace lol...my old 90s 5.2 v8 ram is 10x better than this new kia
Bro I got everything you need to build a bad 383. Heads intake rotating assembly carburetor even the ignition. I might even do some trading for it. I'm never going to use it.
Send some air throw the line backwards to see if it bubbles in the tank if it does pressure the tank with air to force fuel out those have pump in the tank and it might be locked up stopping the flow

Looking at your sending unit and fuel filter the truck was fuel injected. I’m not sure if the mechanical pump will pull fuel through the electric in tank pump. You could get a fuel regulator with a return and set it up to work temporally off the tank
With how bad the lines look, you should probably drop the tank, pull the sending unit, check the fuel pick up and inside the tank, then get some new 3/8 hard lines and build your own fuel lines from the tank all the way to the front to hopefully prevent further issues. When it comes to fuel systems trying to shortcut or do the bare minimum always comes back to bite you later, just go through the whole fuel system front to back once and be done with it.
I've had that same problem come to find out the pump on the block wouldn't pull thou because it had the pump in the tank so what I did was I hook up the pump on the block to the return line it fired rigth up migth not be the problem but maybe try that

Whats wrong with the electric fuel pump in rhe tank the relay for it should be on the firewall on the passenger side,cross them 2 wires together and maybe the beast will start pumping fuel,im building a 92 S10 just built the vortec 350 for it actually just using the bottom end,but its a full roller motor now not just a roller cam,just got done tapping the heads for screw in studs and guide plates with 1.6 ratio crane roller rocker,got a nice summit racing custom grind roller cam,starts making power at 2800 all way to 7500 nice 3200 stall converter the little truck scoots
Hey bro I have a nice 350 4 bolt main block you can have if you want it it's in good shape it's probably a 78 or newer block and I also have a comp Cam's camshaft that's used but in good shape and I kept all the lifters in order it's more of a torque cam it came out of my mud truck,k5 blazer frame with a 97 S10 cab on it it's got a built turbo 350 and a nice divorced transfer case still in it which will probably never get used again because nobody here rides in the river like we used to and I also have a set of headman headers long tubes that you're more than welcome to come take them off my hands bro I like to see them on the channel the Pistons and rods that came out of that came out of that block that I have are in good shape too and there the powdered rods the crankshaft that came out of it is no good it about spun a rod bearing but it's a steel crank it's worth saving come get it bro id like to do a colab with you let me know if you want them parts

Make sure you bypass the fuel pump power coming from the factory oil pressure switch,,,,has to see oil pressure for the fuel pump to run....
Most good trucks require a blood sacrifice from time to time

Valves and timing is bad bad wrong, did you make sure you blew the fuel lines out? if not it might be outta timing by one tooth
Timing is fine I got it figured out.. turns out the gas I put in the tank disappeared or I dreamed I put it in there lol
