Good day, I am a shift worker and work 6 days consecutively every week, I have completed 12 months period and I qualify for annual leave. According to my roaster I will work some few days on the same month that i will be on leave.What worries me is that the said doesn't pay for leave and for the few days worked for that month but will only pay one basic salary.
