But Defence of Moscow, IMHO, while being "a la sabaton", still sounded unique and original, probably due to lyrics not being so "dense", like even in sabaton's cover (I think they managed to squeeze an entire paragraph of text where originally was only one simple sentence :D), I'd say he should produce more songs like that, marketing himself as "russian sabaton" is ok, given the quality of lyrics

There is nothing bad in it - especially if making music is not on one's top list of priorities. This is only the second authentic Radio Tapok song, he does mostly covers. Over time, if he continues writing songs, he will naturally develop his own style. One does not even have to try, it WILL come with time if you keep at it. So far, I find these awesome. And to be fair, his texts are a level up compared to what Sabaton does in recent times. Chorus on this one is just jaw dropping.

It wasn't for lack of trying on the side of the commanding Russian admiral. He tried to make his fleet a fighting force, he was just stuck with the absolute worst crews any naval commander had probably ever seen.
Aurora still stands, wouldn't say most incompetent naval action, they had decent positions and fought hard, just lots of inexperienced mistakes, like leave the decks covered in coal dust. You might as well pour ethanol, vodka and lighter fluid on the decks. And the Europeans nations force the crews to their worst. Because britian would not allow them to sail threw the med. They had to sail around Africa. 220 some days of sailing, with diseases, animals from Africa and almost near mutiny in India any crew gets tired after that long at sea. He'll american sailors are not at sea that long and get tired around 6 month mark. And because it was japanese victory, they would adopt the 4 4 doctrine which would lead to Japan's defeat in ww2

It could be the number of ships, but if we count auxiliaries, and we really shouldn't count such things as hospital ships and tugs, the Russians still have 38. And 125 for the Japanese? Same here. I was confused with numbers, cause I believed there ware around ~50+ warships. Wikipedia proved me wrong cause it was close to 100, but still not 163. He probably counted auxiliary vessels just to make numbers bigger.
You must look on the numbers of the main ships, Battleships, Cruisers and torpedo boats. Japan: 5 Battleships, 23 cruisers, 20 destroyers and 16 torpedo boats. VS Russia: 8 Battleships, 3 coastal Battleships, 9 cruisers and 9 destroyers. So yeah they are outnumbered but not that bad. When you look at the battle then you see the main fault was the poor aiming, training status and tactics of the russian navy and admirals. Could they win no, could they had a better result yes.
Fun fact Heihachiro Togo (Japanese Naval commander of the battle of Tsushima) shares the same name with Tadakatsu Heihachiro Honda, one of the greatest Samurai who ever lived.
