Distance from Denver and the front range helps sometimes. This campground was recorded late afternoon on the Thursday going into Labor Day Weekend. We try to get a lot of recording done in April/May and late August thru early October. There have been a few videos of campgrounds that were closed or certain loops were closed and I just walked thru. The campgrounds in the Flat Tops area were recorded during a week-long camping trip. I kept an eye on campsites in several campgrounds around us. As soon as somebody left to go home, I'd walk thru their site and record it.

28 seem like a great view,but is the main road right by?
We start the video at the highway. It feels like it’s about a quarter mile back to the sites around 28. Maybe a little noise in the night.
Have they all gone to reserve only now, no FCFS
I hope that never happens! This one still has a few FCFS sites.
