Onyii Alex this is a good one and you picked the right person Ruth Kadiri to pull this off. So lets get to the movie. She puts all of you in college so you graduated with high degree that you were actually overqualified to get a job. U moved into her house with husband with no jobs and yet you do not want to help around the house. You run AC all day, did not even wanted to open the garage for her. When you live at people's house you do what they want until you find a place of your own. You even have the nerve to eat 7 slices of bread each like who does that. You came back to help her and tell her she has to pay you, yet you and husband two mouths to feed did not give her a dime and now you want her to pay you to take care of her. Not fair at all. You actually owed her an appology. In the end she is still helping.

Ruth Kadiri was the right person for this character. To the people complaining she went overboard here, that's the reaction the storyline gives. Meaning she executed her role well enough.
Onyii Alex and her husband Anthony Woode also went overboard. When staying under someone's house you humble yourself and abide by their rules. Onyii's entitlement was too much and her hatred for her sister was uncalled for. At least she knew first hand that her sister was a bittered soul.

Nobody should treat another human being like trash I don’t care if you’re living with them or not, my sister lived with me for years and I never treated her badly or checked on what she was eating and she wasn’t working. Ruth was out of line for treating family like that she was very condescending and rude yes the house is hers but come on now ppl shouldn’t treat others like that and then she calling God which God was she talking about cuz God is very humble and compassionate.

This hits!!!!!! I mean, I loved my big brother and his wife so much. When I was living with my mum, I oftenly went to their end to assist the wife with chores and the kids and she was all nice and welcoming till mum passed and I had to move in with them... The wife was totally something else.. Sometimes, it's better loving family/ people from afar.... instead.
Funny how (responsible) first daughters are made to live a sacrificial life to their siblings 😢, she was hurt by the fact that her sisters got something she desires after seeing them through school and yet we still didn’t get to see if she was at least finally compensated with her desires after reality hit her.
Just reminds me of myself. I love my siblings like they are my children, most especially the last child and I am literally living my life for them, their mistakes makes me cry and I wish I can actually help them learn even when I am not perfect or all grown myself.

Not gonna lie, Ruth Kadiri was overboard with her rantings and her treatment towards her sister and her sister’s husband. She was excessive and she was wicked. However, It is easy to ‘demonize’ some movie characters but we have to also look everyone’s perspective and be real. But let us be honest, it’s very unheard of and shameful that the man didn’t pick up a spare job to get something small to do that could earn him some money to fend for himself and his wife. The wife (onyi Alex) was also wrong for asking her husband not to do menial job because of the embarrassment it will bring. There is dignity in labor.
