My friend and I have found what works for us is doing the diamond casino heist, I've been doing a glitch to constantly swap my vault contents into gold since that's what we can take everything on the carts and one of us gets upto 3 drills in for insurance. We make sure to keep our nightclub popularity up before we do the heist and sell our acid before it aswell for the quater mil and we usually alternate with who will sell their nightclub cargo after we do our second run of the casino. We try to do 3 heists a day if my friend gets lucky for his scope outs since he has the easy difficulty rotation for either silent and sneaky or the big con so 1 hack doors

Id say a Night club and AutoShop. NC gives 50k per 48 mins and auto shop gives you cars to maintain which net you like 20-60k every 48 mins, do auto shop contracts meantime 200-300k

From the safe you get 50k every 48 minutes and you also get the actual warehouse that can give you over a million from doing nothing, combine that with other business like the acid lab, bunker, mc coke lockup you end up with another million or so every few hours, from doing nothing. Then do cayo perico and fib files in between and you’ll make about a million from the cayo and around 6-900 k from the fib files and you’ve made 3 mil in about 4-5 hours plus the nightclub warehouse (also do the hsw timetrial if you haven’t for 250k)

Forget to mention to be in passive mode while going afk to avoid the business raids and it's better to do it in invite only lobby
