You’ve been such an inspiration I’ve started working on my own universe partially because of this and have my own superhero team The Angels, Iconic-Man a half alien with ego problems who focuses more on fame and fortune than heroics, The Gnoll a rich kid who his parents left him for dead in the Savanna forcing him to have to adapt and survive, Snow White a former scientist who sought superpowers because the world no longer cared about geniuses only heroes, and more but I’ll keep it shorter this way

Every kid until superheroes should create their own universe. Can't tell you how that has been the anchor of my life since I was a kid to an adult. Me and my best friend, who moved away, would always keep evolving our universe for over 30 years. It's just something to keep you grounded in your life and a place to turn to to escape life when you need a break.
I really like your Bullet verse. My wife and I made our own as well with more characters than I can count simply because making them and stories is my comfort thing. I only wish I had the talent to draw it myself like you.

HEY speaking of Brazil, I also have my own superhero universe, a very important group in it is the Ultimate Force. They are a group of superheroes created by the government in partnership with three companies Platinum Tech, PanaceiaCON and M-Corp, thus creating the New Dawn Project with the objective of studying, creating and controlling people through its product the Power Serum, as well as selecting and controlling possible threats among the population. First Phase = Ultimate Woman, Olympia is an alien from the Planet Berilium of the Argos Empire, her race is capable of flying, has super strength and can convert energy into power shots that vary depending on the member of the race that uses it, her people were savage and were dominated by the alien Tyrant Argos, he sent his members to tie up planets and then Argos went there to pretend to be a savior conquering these worlds being a tyrant and a liar, from time to time Argos orders the Berilians to carry out a massacre among themselves to decide who is the strongest and prevent their numbers from rising too much, Olympia, even though she was very strong, could not take it anymore and fled to Earth, a forgotten little planet in the depths of the universe, assuming the title of Ultimate Woman and becoming a heroine. = The Executioner, Bruce Whale was a black police officer who was hanged by corrupt cops and luckily the branch ended up breaking and he survived. When he witnessed a robbery in a store, Bruce put the mask they had put on his face back on and stopped the robbery. After that, he assumed the identity of the Executioner and began to fight crime. Platinum is not a super genius, but an alcoholic, harasser, liar and profiteer who got to where he was by stealing ideas from others and pretending he knew what he was talking about. He wore a technological suit to work alongside them merely for fame and to know how to manipulate public opinion. After a while, fearing for his life, he began to control his tech suit remotely. =Green Speed: She was one of the youngest members of the group, possessing super speed. She gained her powers thanks to the Power Serum from Project New Tomorrow, which was one of the first successes and used as a guinea pig for field tests. Their goal was to isolate components so that the serum would give them exactly the power they wanted, since up until that point, the power was random. Green Speed, like many of the children in the Project, was an orphan and lived on the streets, so she had no choice but to obey (She was the first member of the Ultimate Force to die on a mission). =Ultramarino: Atlantis has a peace treaty with the surface. They send a powerful warrior to protect Dry Land and serve as a bridge between the two worlds. The chosen one this time was Ultramarino, but he was racist towards the people on the surface, lazy, an abuser of women, and an addict. He once abused a criminal while the criminal abused a woman. He refuses to participate in missions that don't involve saving fish and can shoot water beams from his eyes that can cut through metal. = Queen Savage is a cavewoman who was frozen for millions of years, being discovered due to global warming and brought back by Project New Dawn with the Power Serum. She is very strong and carries a sword made of an unknown mineral, in addition to having a vine with thorns from a mysterious plant that causes terrible hallucinations to those who are tricked. She was the first to be fired, reason: she got fat. = Magic Lamp: As a child, Visir Diyab lived in poverty as a garbage collector. He found a magic lamp in the dump, from inside it came a Djinn named Aziza. He made a request for her to marry him and when he died she would be freed from the prison of the lamp. Over time, Aziza began to really like Visir and using her magical wishes he acts as a hero. Second Phase (the Ultimate Force has phases, separated by the entry or exit of certain members) = Dynomight: is a genetically modified dinosaur that was created in a laboratory on a secret island. He was bitten by a radioactive boy and gained the power to become a weak and skinny pre-teen. In his normal form, he is a fierce creature but has good intentions but tends to be quite destructive. They tried to sell him as Queen Savage's couple. (He was the first member of the second phase to enter during the first, in this case shortly before the Executioner left.) = Shadow Hunter: he was created in Project New Dawn and put in as the Executioner's replacement. His powers include regeneration, diamond bones and the ability to become invisible. He hated Project Dawn and for years planned an attack to save the children. Those with powers who were raised to believe that they would only be accepted by becoming heroes and building a safe place for themselves. = Queen Sheeva: She replaced Queen Savage. Sheeva was the daughter of explorer Ferdinando Torabora, who found a secret magical island. There, he was used as a slave by a clan of warrior witches until he died. These witches planned revenge against the demon who imprisoned them and used the man to increase their numbers. However, the war brought great destruction, making Sheeva the last of her people. So she flew with her winged zombie unicorn to Brazil and ended up joining the Ultimate Force. She has a pentagram on her chest and a belt with the three moons of Hecate. Sheeva is She + Eva, the female version of Eva, a joke about the fact that female characters have she in their name. = Magic Ring: Italo Brasiliano, he found a magic ring with a genie inside. He was a pupil of the Magic Lamp and replaced him when he also got tired of the Ultimate Force. (A reference to Alan Scott's transition to Hal Jordan) =Jupiter: he is a Beryllian like Ultimate Woman, he looks like a black man with a mustache and dark hair but gray at the temples and gray at the back of his head with slight wrinkles on his face, he wears a blue outfit with a white cape and buttons in the shape of lightning bolts, a reference to his power, unlike Ultimate Woman, Jupiter considers Earth as a vacation resort and even having a child with a human, he would still return to serve the Argos Empire. the group still has two more phases

I’ve working on building my own superhero characters as well then eventually making a team. People like you showed me that that’s possible and I salute you for it. Here from the community post. Right now my universe is more of an idea than a reality. Instead of superhero’s with supernatural abilities the people in my universe get their abilities from special artifacts containing elemental abilities. You can either leave it in the artifact and call on the power through the artifact or Have a procedure done that gets the artifact implanted into your body some how, they either put pieces of it across the inside of your body, allowing you to call on it and channel it from that part of your body or melt it down into a metallic alloy and bind it to your bone structure, making you stronger and also giving you the power to call on the elemental power from anywhere in your body. 5:40, To answer the end question, Hero X is probably one of the more interesting characters, and not because he's serious or dark, but because his paranormal condition that gives him super-attributes also being something that corrupt him, allow his tortured mind to lash out, make him a potential hazard to not only his enemies, but also the people he tries to protect and the people he works with is a fascinating concept. Hero characters that are either very wise and willful can be interesting because it can be cool to see how mentally, emotionally and morally strong they are, but a character that isn't, that could end up indulging their worst impulses and may have to reconcile with the consequences of their failures and fallibility. 6:42, An honorable mention should go to Crimson Cardinal, with his Black Canary ability set mixed with his epic science fantasy warrior, Moon Knight-esque aesthetic, along with the idea of him being this stealthy, silent fighter that hides his feelings that suddenly shoots sound blasts from his mouth, as if periodically letting out some of his pain), 7:49, as well as Insect for the story potential of her being transformed without her knowledge or consent into this less nightmarish version of Seth Brundle's insect hybrid from The Fly, 9:12, and Aqua-Ray for the idea of him essentially being Jar-Jar Binks as a superhero, an outcast of his people (the implications of that on their own have a great deal of story potential, like if he has parents back home that worry about him...or that disown him for his actions) doing small time hero work through simple acts of benevolence towards sea life. This project in particular reminds me of something out of the Mutants & Masterminds tabletop role playing game, which inspired me to try my hand at creating characters of my own, with the challenge of making them as diverse in origin and personality as possible, from standard super-abled and powered humans, to aliens, to fantastical beings like elves and dwarves, along with trying to create potential rules and details for a hypothetical setting, a main one being the idea of "esoteric" being the umbrella term in the setting for any supernatural or paranormal phenomena that can directly interact with or affect reality and existence itself to some degree, from magic and mysticism, to psionics, to qi, to divinity, and is part of a classification system for super-beings, Esoteric and related attributes like a Psionic level or Magic level being a labelled statistic along with a Physical and Mental ranking with their own related attributes like a Strength, Durability Endurance and Stamina level for the Physical side, and an Intelligence, Wisdom and Willpower level for the Mental side, each being ranked from E 1 (below average) to A3 (essentially the level of a super-deity) in scale, kind of like Replicants in Blade Runner mixed with role-playing game mechanics and how certain comic guidebooks also have ranked statistics for each character, only applied in-universe and not just holding humans specifically as a reference point of how "super" these beings are (resulting in a rarer use of the term "superhuman" or "metahuman", as there are other species, from plants and animals to alien peoples classified as "sentients" or "sapients" like humans, that besides not being human are otherwise "normal" or "natural", instead of paranormal or supernatural. The reason for this is that in this setting, various organizations would have experience with and obviously would want to study the various phenomena responsible for creating super-beings regardless of wether they consider all of them specifically "powered" (or "empowered") or not, as in superhero media, the exaggerated aspects of the settings often mean there are otherwise regular people with super-attributes or super-skills that aren't considered "super-powered". Either way, it's create to see independent creators play around with the superhero genre in projects like this or in things like Not So Superhero or Ink Tank's 5 Years Later.
Action is Hero agency of my universe Maximum: A city kid who came into contact with a meteorite that gave him the standard Superman powerset. He’s the muscle of the team. 2.0: A soldier whose body was preserved with various cybernetic enhancements. Various weapons and augmentations have been added across his many missions as a secret weapon of sorts. He’s the field leader of the team. Fear Factor: A horror author given the power to make nightmares manifest in reality. While most would use these abilities for nefarious purposes, he decided to make the criminals of the world fear his wrath. Rush: A champion race car driver who crashed an experimental super car into a truck full of chemicals. She woke up in the hospital, seeing the entire world moving in slow motion. She ran around the entire city, finally having time to think about her purpose in life without cameras in her face, before coming across a bank robbery and effortlessly stopping the criminals. While she’s the comic relief for the most part, she’s the only member who’s used to being a celebrity, so she’s also a one woman pr team. Sunstorm: An archaeologist comes into contact with a mysterious gem that grants her the power of a star. Giving her immense pyrokinesis and gravity manipulation. She’s the team’s main source of firepower when battling supervillains. While she’s aggressive on and off the field, she does have a softer side she’s not comfortable showing. Cortex: A tester for a set of helmets that would allow both wearers to read each other’s minds. While her partner was unharmed, her helmet malfunctioned. The accident granted her immense psychic powers, which she spent many sleepless nights mastering. She’s the support of the team, minimizing damage and protecting civilians with her telekinesis. She’s also the empath, and is forced to help her teammates through emotional hardships they may face.
I have been creating characters too, I plan to create my own universe of superheroes and villains. I enjoy creating them and developing the story of each one, explaining a little about the character and the origin of their powers
Some super characters I made a while ago are based on mythology. Some got there powers from artefacts of the gods others from the main bad guys (Legion) think Marvel's Hydra or weapon x. The main team I made was based on Medusa, thor, Anansi(African spider trickster god), Morrígan (Celtic mythology) and susanoo(Japanese storm god). The leader of the team is Jay a Japanese American, 19 got his powers by being the descendent of Susanoo. Powers controls the weather (storm from xman), super speed in bursts (moves like a bolt of lightning while moving like this his speed is a 10-light speed) enhanced abilities(basically everything a normal human can do is a 1, world-class athletes are a 3, captain America and batman are a 4, he is a 5) his personality is very strict and straight to the point as he was raised to live up to the Legacy of his ancestor. The 2nd in charge/lancer is Jane a American girl 18 from Alabama, got her powers by being chosen by thor's hammer mjolnir, ability same as Marvel's thor(her basic stats are a 5), her personality is a simple farm girl that is just trying to look out for everyone helping people because it's the right thing to do not because of some divine order. This puts her in conflict with Jay as they have this powers so they must live up to there divine right but he wasn't worthy of thor's hammer, while she is a humble girl that would help with or without her powers. The heart of the group ( Sue storm or the flash for examples) is Zack a African American male 16 that got his powers from getting caught up in a gang shoot out in a shipping yard of Legion and getting the power of Anansi while the other there got powers as well some look human while others got mutated, this was the first public exposure to metas as before the families of Divinity and Legion did everything they could to keep everything under wraps making and activity seen as hoxes, cryptids and miss identifications. His abilities are enhanced abilities (his a 3), enhanced Acrobatics(didn't know how to say it other then that basically the balance and high flying moving of spider man this is a 7), telepathy he can release energy threads from his finger tips that let him hear and speak to anyone touching them and to anyone that does touch them it feels like normal spider thread. His personality is a light hearted joker, a song writer, a story teller his the one always defusing the team tension or talking their way in or out of situations. Sera, 17, she got her powers from a experiment by her parents that are Legion members. After finding out about her parents they used her as a test subject to keep the secret and she was the only survivor. Gaining the powers of Medusa, Poison immunity (all kinds of human made/natural toxins, drugs and medicine), petrifying Gaze (any direct eye contact will turn anybody to stone) enhanced abilities (she's a 4 with flexible being a 5), Poison claws and teeth(her finger nails are Poisonous claws able to cut metal and her canine teeth are Poisonous fangs that can Pierce metal and both can make any Poison she wants with practice. Her personality is a shy timid girl that has severe trust issues after her parents actions and hasn't accepted her new body and powers yet but when her team can always count on her to have there back, she has a deep connection and trust with Jen( Thorn). Jen, 16, prefers to be called Thorn. She comes from a family of witches who preform the old pagan rituals, while she never believed in it she spent her time learning computers and can break into almost any system by 13, but when Legion raided her family's coven killing most and capturing the rest her grandmother with her dying breath told jen to perform the ritual of ascendants with tears in her eyes jen did and now has the spirit of the Celtic goddess of witchcraft Morrígan bound to her teaching her the arcane arts. With this and her knowledge of computers she raided the Legion base that her remaining family was taken to saving them and rescuing sera as well. Her ability enhanced abilities (she's a 2 physical and a natural 5 in intelligence giving her a 200IQ), magic (any magic user from comic but as she's still learning it's not completely reliable), flight(she can fly with magic), arcane blasts(she can fire magic blasts from her hands). She is a very logical and rational person that still can't believe that magic and gods are real, but she is always ready to come up with a plan. She's the brains of the team.
You could maybe somehow link hue the robot to the robot villian that you made, hence creating emotional stress to buttle boy finally transforming him from the reckless boy to a grounded and serious hero worthy of joining the Hero Assembly ❤
I created a universe of my own heroes years ago. Inspired by the xmen. The prenormals called prenormals (people with the extra mutated genes with no physical alterations, the are the healthy mutants ) the denormals aka Denormals (the y are the hugely unstable ones) and and post normals (they are the ones whose mutation isn't permanent and end up losing them at a specific time duration) and I have got so many stories all drafted. My take on heroes has been well grounded since I was a kid. It's been my dream to team up with some artist and bring some of these stories to life. So may stories, so many characters I want to share just haven't figured out where to start. So one of the recent characters I added to my list of heroes is named Dale Hugh, and aka Double Decker. He is a denormal unfortunately. his powers doubles essentially his human abilities perception, so he is literally super serum that keeps multiplying it's effect annually, mental capacity, healing, intelligence, strength every year round. In my world, superhero is a business, and a very serious business. With so many intricacies and so much. I essentially realize how to make something so realistically ridiculous in all of this. Lol. But it works. Surprisingly well. Perhaps one of this days, I may just write a book about the characters lore. I someone come team up with me.!! however his denorm mutation works in a strange way you see Dale suffers from a rare genetic disease that also increases its effect along with dales power year round. This is a life threatening disease. Whose effect year round continues to endanger Dale's life as the symptoms intensify and he has to cope with the aftermath. And oh, Dale is not interested in been a super hero, but he simply wishes to find a cure for his disease. DED is one of my many characters, for me writing a good background story that is relatable and close off to realistic is important to me and thanks for reading:

Hey Xander, I am a big fam of ur superhero universe and superheroes! I made my own comic. But, the illustrations are bad because I am bad at drawing! But the story is simple: Benji Carter 15 year old found out about his superpowers(phasing through walls and super strength!) while he was at school! He gets home and builds this watch taht when he taps the button on the watch he is in his super suit! 9:19 I hope that, despite Bullet Boy having a major part in helping to save the day, the Hero Assembly completely ignore him in favor of Aqua Ray, for a variety of reasons. Most of the action takes place under water, Bullet Boy is just being annoying, ect. Not that I don't like Bullet Boy, but I find it hilarious that the guy who has been making a beeline for a H.A. position gets past up for the new guy who walked out of the water like 5 mins ago.
I came across this video as someone who has also created superhero characters as a kid. I have all the stories done. My dream would be to create a comic series with them and tell the stories that I have had in mind for a few years. Your idea is sick, your artsyle is cool. This gives me the motivation to want to pursue my characters and ideas in the future. I think anyone can create their own superhero universes, look at Invicible, based on Marvel, and DC yet are so popular. There can never be enough superheroes in the world 😄

Since I’ve already decided a villain called heater I want to create one again his name is freezer he is the complete opposite of heater, which is the easiest way to explain it but his past his story also comes in with heater so they were both exploring heater went to a volcano and he got sent down into the volcano freezer went to Antarctica and got pushed down in the ice. Each time they will try to escape. They just got pushed deeper so decided to stay there as long as they were friends so when they met themselves again, they decided to get suits metal armour suits to describe the environment that they were in and now they are a unstoppable force of ice and fire. Also they each don’t just have these mini suits. They also have giant mech suit so after they got in a giant Mech suit, they decided to start attacking the city and people and now they got teleported into the bullet verse and now they are faithful enemy of bullet boy along with any other person even attacking the other villains and they really wanted to know where his Arch nemesis was but now we don’t know where they are So can you please add these characters and also people can comment on where they think they are? Where do you think they are?
I need Hero X to have a "omg why did we invite this kid he's sooo annoying dynamic" with bullet boy. Like he became a hero out of rage and justice with dead parents, a history of homelessness and a brother who sacrifices himself, and then Bullet boy is there being a silly little guy
I very much dig this idea for a dynamic, not just for the comedic value of a very serious and tragic character clashing with a fun and lighthearted one, but the more dramatic implications, of Hero X trying to give purpose to all he's suffered, to not be this monster part of him perhaps wants to be, only to be faced with this immature, glory-hungry rich-kid that's never had to struggle a day in his life, that had his super-attributes baked into him at birth and just had to endanger himself in a brief and otherwise inconsequential "selfless" act to activate them, that acts like all this hero work is some kind of game he can win, not a service or a sacrifice. In theory, Hero X should hate everything Bullet Boy stands for, while Bullet Boy in his immaturity sees him as just an "edgy" weirdo that isn't as good as him because he has super speed and Hero X doesn't (until he "slows down" enough to gain the maturity to understand Hero X and the gravity of his own goals, the service and sacrifice being a hero entails). It's like the makings of a very fun anime rivalry.
Reminds me of my own superhero story that is basically just me and my friends if we were superheros Super Tre was my persona,The first issue had a villain I don’t use a lot anymore in any issues.Super Tre origin is that he is kidnapped by some group that can see the future,They turned him into a Superman rip off basically.Suddenly,An alien species (The mathematics) came to earth and attacked.Super Tre stopped them and when he did,He was blasted with a huge explosion that erased his memories of having powers and the whole invasion.When he went on the bus,It fell off a cliff but he activated his powers,saving the bus.He then fought with the first villain of this universe,Shadow.Shadow basically is trying to trap the world in a universe of darkness.He destroys a circus but get defeated when super Tre blasts him with light,Killing him.Should I explain issue 2?

You’ve been such an inspiration I’ve started working on my own universe partially because of this and have my own superhero team The Angels, Iconic-Man a half alien with ego problems who focuses more on fame and fortune than heroics, The Gnoll a rich kid who his parents left him for dead in the Savanna forcing him to have to adapt and survive, Snow White a former scientist who sought superpowers because the world no longer cared about geniuses only heroes, and more but I’ll keep it shorter this way

Every kid until superheroes should create their own universe. Can't tell you how that has been the anchor of my life since I was a kid to an adult. Me and my best friend, who moved away, would always keep evolving our universe for over 30 years. It's just something to keep you grounded in your life and a place to turn to to escape life when you need a break.
So all of us are making universes based on our characters.

HEY speaking of Brazil, I also have my own superhero universe, a very important group in it is the Ultimate Force. They are a group of superheroes created by the government in partnership with three companies Platinum Tech, PanaceiaCON and M-Corp, thus creating the New Dawn Project with the objective of studying, creating and controlling people through its product the Power Serum, as well as selecting and controlling possible threats among the population. First Phase
= Ultimate Woman, Olympia is an alien from the Planet Berilium of the Argos Empire, her race is capable of flying, has super strength and can convert energy into power shots that vary depending on the member of the race that uses it, her people were savage and were dominated by the alien Tyrant Argos, he sent his members to tie up planets and then Argos went there to pretend to be a savior conquering these worlds being a tyrant and a liar, from time to time Argos orders the Berilians to carry out a massacre among themselves to decide who is the strongest and prevent their numbers from rising too much, Olympia, even though she was very strong, could not take it anymore and fled to Earth, a forgotten little planet in the depths of the universe, assuming the title of Ultimate Woman and becoming a heroine.
= The Executioner, Bruce Whale was a black police officer who was hanged by corrupt cops and luckily the branch ended up breaking and he survived. When he witnessed a robbery in a store, Bruce put the mask they had put on his face back on and stopped the robbery. After that, he assumed the identity of the Executioner and began to fight crime. He wore a technological suit to work alongside them merely for fame and to know how to manipulate public opinion. After a while, fearing for his life, he began to control his tech suit remotely.
=Green Speed: She was one of the youngest members of the group, possessing super speed. She gained her powers thanks to the Power Serum from Project New Tomorrow, which was one of the first successes and used as a guinea pig for field tests. Their goal was to isolate components so that the serum would give them exactly the power they wanted, since up until that point, the power was random. Green Speed, like many of the children in the Project, was an orphan and lived on the streets, so she had no choice but to obey (She was the first member of the Ultimate Force to die on a mission).
=Ultramarino: Atlantis has a peace treaty with the surface. They send a powerful warrior to protect Dry Land and serve as a bridge between the two worlds. The chosen one this time was Ultramarino, but he was racist towards the people on the surface, lazy, an abuser of women, and an addict. He once abused a criminal while the criminal abused a woman. He refuses to participate in missions that don't involve saving fish and can shoot water beams from his eyes that can cut through metal.
= Queen Savage is a cavewoman who was frozen for millions of years, being discovered due to global warming and brought back by Project New Dawn with the Power Serum. She is very strong and carries a sword made of an unknown mineral, in addition to having a vine with thorns from a mysterious plant that causes terrible hallucinations to those who are tricked. She was the first to be fired, reason: she got fat.
= Magic Lamp: As a child, Visir Diyab lived in poverty as a garbage collector. He found a magic lamp in the dump, from inside it came a Djinn named Aziza. He made a request for her to marry him and when he died she would be freed from the prison of the lamp. Over time, Aziza began to really like Visir and using her magical wishes he acts as a hero.
Second Phase (the Ultimate Force has phases, separated by the entry or exit of certain members)
= Dynomight: is a genetically modified dinosaur that was created in a laboratory on a secret island. He was bitten by a radioactive boy and gained the power to become a weak and skinny pre-teen. In his normal form, he is a fierce creature but has good intentions but tends to be quite destructive. They tried to sell him as Queen Savage's couple. (He was the first member of the second phase to enter during the first, in this case shortly before the Executioner left.)
= Shadow Hunter: he was created in Project New Dawn and put in as the Executioner's replacement. His powers include regeneration, diamond bones and the ability to become invisible. He hated Project Dawn and for years planned an attack to save the children. Those with powers who were raised to believe that they would only be accepted by becoming heroes and building a safe place for themselves.
= Queen Sheeva: She replaced Queen Savage. Sheeva was the daughter of explorer Ferdinando Torabora, who found a secret magical island. There, he was used as a slave by a clan of warrior witches until he died. These witches planned revenge against the demon who imprisoned them and used the man to increase their numbers. However, the war brought great destruction, making Sheeva the last of her people. So she flew with her winged zombie unicorn to Brazil and ended up joining the Ultimate Force. She has a pentagram on her chest and a belt with the three moons of Hecate. Sheeva is She + Eva, the female version of Eva, a joke about the fact that female characters have she in their name.
= Magic Ring: Italo Brasiliano, he found a magic ring with a genie inside. He was a pupil of the Magic Lamp and replaced him when he also got tired of the Ultimate Force. (A reference to Alan Scott's transition to Hal Jordan)
=Jupiter: he is a Beryllian like Ultimate Woman, he looks like a black man with a mustache and dark hair but gray at the temples and gray at the back of his head with slight wrinkles on his face, he wears a blue outfit with a white cape and buttons in the shape of lightning bolts, a reference to his power, unlike Ultimate Woman, Jupiter considers Earth as a vacation resort and even having a child with a human, he would still return to serve the Argos Empire.

Here from the community post. Right now my universe is more of an idea than a reality. Instead of superhero’s with supernatural abilities the people in my universe get their abilities from special artifacts containing elemental abilities. You can either leave it in the artifact and call on the power through the artifact or Have a procedure done that gets the artifact implanted into your body some how, they either put pieces of it across the inside of your body, allowing you to call on it and channel it from that part of your body or melt it down into a metallic alloy and bind it to your bone structure, making you stronger and also giving you the power to call on the elemental power from anywhere in your body. Hope Xander sees this.

HEY speaking of Brazil, I also have my own universe of heroes: In this world the United States and Russia blew each other up during World War III, so the other countries compete to see who will be the new Greatest Super Power in the World, but due to the increase in radiation around the world, people with mutations and super powers are appearing (this was the excuse I created when I didn't know the origin of a character's power, radiation)
This world has several heroes and several teams, among them:
1- Strike Back (main group that does not accept the policy of privatizing heroes)
2- Ultimate Force (the first "official" group of superheroes in this world, they have several phases throughout history and were the first privatized group)
3- Shadow House (parody of the X-Men, aims to help people control their powers)
4- Evolution House (evil parody of the X-Men, aims to create an army of heroes and make them worshiped by the public)
5- Bad Boys (group of criminals who deal with heroes who break the rules) rules, in this case the rule of not killing is a law in this world)
6- the Faculty (group of 9 heroes who act more towards Asia)
7- StormFront (group of police officers with super powers who fight against vigilantism)
8- Fresh Blood (group of teenage and immature superheroes who just want to have fun)
9- Super Blergh (group of crude heroes with weak, bizarre or extremely destructive powers)
10- Rainbow Force (alien heroes who take care of space stuff/parody of the Lantern Corps)
11- Metalmorph Women (team of robot heroes who deal with stuff involving robots)
12- Club of Strangers (urban heroes who deal with the supernatural)
13- MoonLight Hunters (supernatural heroes who deal with the supernatural)
14- DDD Department of Demonic Defense (supernatural government heroes who deal with the supernatural)
15- Four Elements (Parody of the Fantastic Four, but unlike the Fantastic Four, which is a family, here it is a company whose members can be replaced by new ones, maintaining the theme)
16- Monsters for Hire (group of supernatural mercenary heroes)
17- Animal Samurai Squad (a parody of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)

5:40, To answer the end question, Hero X is probably one of the more interesting characters, and not because he's serious or dark, but because his paranormal condition that gives him super-attributes also being something that corrupt him, allow his tortured mind to lash out, make him a potential hazard to not only his enemies, but also the people he tries to protect and the people he works with is a fascinating concept. Hero characters that are either very wise and willful can be interesting because it can be cool to see how mentally, emotionally and morally strong they are, but a character that isn't, that could end up indulging their worst impulses and may have to reconcile with the consequences of their failures and fallibility.
6:42, An honorable mention should go to Crimson Cardinal, with his Black Canary ability set mixed with his epic science fantasy warrior, Moon Knight-esque aesthetic, along with the idea of him being this stealthy, silent fighter that hides his feelings that suddenly shoots sound blasts from his mouth, as if periodically letting out some of his pain), 7:49, as well as Insect for the story potential of her being transformed without her knowledge or consent into this less nightmarish version of Seth Brundle's insect hybrid from The Fly, 9:12, and Aqua-Ray for the idea of him essentially being Jar-Jar Binks as a superhero, an outcast of his people (the implications of that on their own have a great deal of story potential, like if he has parents back home that worry about him...or that disown him for his actions) doing small time hero work through simple acts of benevolence towards sea life.
This project in particular reminds me of something out of the Mutants & Masterminds tabletop role playing game, which inspired me to try my hand at creating characters of my own, with the challenge of making them as diverse in origin and personality
as possible, from standard super-abled and powered humans, to aliens, to fantastical beings like elves and dwarves, along with trying to create potential rules and details for a hypothetical setting, a main one being the idea of "esoteric" being the umbrella term in the setting for any supernatural or paranormal phenomena that can directly interact with or affect reality and existence itself to some degree, from magic and mysticism, to psionics, to qi, to divinity, and is part of a classification system for super-beings, Esoteric and related attributes like a Psionic level or Magic level being a labelled statistic along with a Physical and Mental ranking with their own related attributes like a Strength, Durability Endurance and Stamina level for the Physical side, and an Intelligence, Wisdom and Willpower level for the Mental side, each being ranked from E 1 (below average) to A3 (essentially the level of a super-deity) in scale, kind of like Replicants in Blade Runner mixed with role-playing game mechanics and how certain comic guidebooks also have ranked statistics for each character, only applied in-universe and not just holding humans specifically as a reference point of how "super" these beings are (resulting in a rarer use of the term "superhuman" or "metahuman", as there are other species, from plants and animals to alien peoples classified as "sentients" or "sapients" like humans, that besides not being human are otherwise "normal" or "natural", instead of paranormal or supernatural.
The reason for this is that in this setting, various organizations would have experience with and obviously would want to study the various phenomena responsible for creating super-beings regardless of wether they consider all of them specifically "powered" (or "empowered") or not, as in superhero media, the exaggerated aspects of the settings often mean there are otherwise regular people with super-attributes or super-skills that aren't considered "super-powered".
Either way, it's create to see independent creators play around with the superhero genre in projects like this or in things like Not So Superhero or Ink Tank's 5 Years Later.
Action is Hero agency of my universe
Maximum: A city kid who came into contact with a meteorite that gave him the standard Superman powerset. He’s the muscle of the team.
2.0: A soldier whose body was preserved with various cybernetic enhancements. Various weapons and augmentations have been added across his many missions as a secret weapon of sorts. He’s the field leader of the team.
Fear Factor: A horror author given the power to make nightmares manifest in reality. While most would use these abilities for nefarious purposes, he decided to make the criminals of the world fear his wrath.
Rush: A champion race car driver who crashed an experimental super car into a truck full of chemicals. She woke up in the hospital, seeing the entire world moving in slow motion. She ran around the entire city, finally having time to think about her purpose in life without cameras in her face, before coming across a bank robbery and effortlessly stopping the criminals. While she’s the comic relief for the most part, she’s the only member who’s used to being a celebrity, so she’s also a one woman pr team.
Sunstorm: An archaeologist comes into contact with a mysterious gem that grants her the power of a star. Giving her immense pyrokinesis and gravity manipulation. She’s the team’s main source of firepower when battling supervillains. While she’s aggressive on and off the field, she does have a softer side she’s not comfortable showing.
Cortex: A tester for a set of helmets that would allow both wearers to read each other’s minds. While her partner was unharmed, her helmet malfunctioned. The accident granted her immense psychic powers, which she spent many sleepless nights mastering. She’s the support of the team, minimizing damage and protecting civilians with her telekinesis. She’s also the empath, and is forced to help her teammates through emotional hardships they may face.

Some super characters I made a while ago are based on mythology.
Some got there powers from artefacts of the gods others from the main bad guys (Legion) think Marvel's Hydra or weapon x.
The main team I made was based on Medusa, thor, Anansi(African spider trickster god), Morrígan (Celtic mythology) and susanoo(Japanese storm god).
The leader of the team is Jay a Japanese American, 19 got his powers by being the descendent of Susanoo. Powers controls the weather (storm from xman), super speed in bursts (moves like a bolt of lightning while moving like this his speed is a 10-light speed) enhanced abilities(basically everything a normal human can do is a 1, world-class athletes are a 3, captain America and batman are a 4, he is a 5) his personality is very strict and straight to the point as he was raised to live up to the Legacy of his ancestor.
The 2nd in charge/lancer is Jane a American girl 18 from Alabama, got her powers by being chosen by thor's hammer mjolnir, ability same as Marvel's thor(her basic stats are a 5), her personality is a simple farm girl that is just trying to look out for everyone helping people because it's the right thing to do not because of some divine order. This puts her in conflict with Jay as they have this powers so they must live up to there divine right but he wasn't worthy of thor's hammer, while she is a humble girl that would help with or without her powers.
The heart of the group ( Sue storm or the flash for examples) is Zack a African American male 16 that got his powers from getting caught up in a gang shoot out in a shipping yard of Legion and getting the power of Anansi while the other there got powers as well some look human while others got mutated, this was the first public exposure to metas as before the families of Divinity and Legion did everything they could to keep everything under wraps making and activity seen as hoxes, cryptids and miss identifications.
His abilities are enhanced abilities (his a 3), enhanced Acrobatics(didn't know how to say it other then that basically the balance and high flying moving of spider man this is a 7), telepathy he can release energy threads from his finger tips that let him hear and speak to anyone touching them and to anyone that does touch them it feels like normal spider thread. His personality is a light hearted joker, a song writer, a story teller his the one always defusing the team tension or talking their way in or out of situations.
Sera, 17, she got her powers from a experiment by her parents that are Legion members. After finding out about her parents they used her as a test subject to keep the secret and she was the only survivor. Gaining the powers of Medusa, Poison immunity (all kinds of human made/natural toxins, drugs and medicine), petrifying Gaze (any direct eye contact will turn anybody to stone) enhanced abilities (she's a 4 with flexible being a 5), Poison claws and teeth(her finger nails are Poisonous claws able to cut metal and her canine teeth are Poisonous fangs that can Pierce metal and both can make any Poison she wants with practice. Her personality is a shy timid girl that has severe trust issues after her parents actions and hasn't accepted her new body and powers yet but when her team can always count on her to have there back, she has a deep connection and trust with Jen( Thorn).
Jen, 16, prefers to be called Thorn. She comes from a family of witches who preform the old pagan rituals, while she never believed in it she spent her time learning computers and can break into almost any system by 13, but when Legion raided her family's coven killing most and capturing the rest her grandmother with her dying breath told jen to perform the ritual of ascendants with tears in her eyes jen did and now has the spirit of the Celtic goddess of witchcraft Morrígan bound to her teaching her the arcane arts. With this and her knowledge of computers she raided the Legion base that her remaining family was taken to saving them and rescuing sera as well. Her ability enhanced abilities (she's a 2 physical and a natural 5 in intelligence giving her a 200IQ), magic (any magic user from comic but as she's still learning it's not completely reliable), flight(she can fly with magic), arcane blasts(she can fire magic blasts from her hands). She is a very logical and rational person that still can't believe that magic and gods are real, but she is always ready to come up with a plan. She's the brains of the team.
You could maybe somehow link hue the robot to the robot villian that you made, hence creating emotional stress to buttle boy finally transforming him from the reckless boy to a grounded and serious hero worthy of joining the Hero Assembly ❤
I created a universe of my own heroes years ago. Inspired by the xmen. The prenormals called prenormals (people with the extra mutated genes with no physical alterations, the are the healthy mutants ) the denormals aka Denormals (the y are the hugely unstable ones) and and post normals (they are the ones whose mutation isn't permanent and end up losing them at a specific time duration) and I have got so many stories all drafted. My take on heroes has been well grounded since I was a kid. It's been my dream to team up with some artist and bring some of these stories to life. So may stories, so many characters I want to share just haven't figured out where to start.
So one of the recent characters I added to my list of heroes is named Dale Hugh, and aka Double Decker.

his powers doubles essentially his human abilities perception, so he is literally super serum that keeps multiplying it's effect annually, mental capacity, healing, intelligence, strength every year round.
In my world, superhero is a business, and a very serious business. With so many intricacies and so much. I essentially realize how to make something so realistically ridiculous in all of this. Lol. But it works. Surprisingly well.
Perhaps one of this days, I may just write a book about the characters lore. I someone come team up with me.!!
however his denorm mutation works in a strange way you see Dale suffers from a rare genetic disease that also increases its effect along with dales power year round. This is a life threatening disease. Whose effect year round continues to endanger Dale's life as the symptoms intensify and he has to cope with the aftermath. And oh, Dale is not interested in been a super hero, but he simply wishes to find a cure for his disease. DED is one of my many characters, for me writing a good background story that is relatable and close off to realistic is important to me and thanks for reading:
The other Characters are 100% amazing but Bullet Boy is definitely still my favorite (I like the teen hero ,destined for greatness thing)

Hey Xander, I am a big fam of ur superhero universe and superheroes! I made my own comic. But, the illustrations are bad because I am bad at drawing! But the story is simple: Benji Carter 15 year old found out about his superpowers(phasing through walls and super strength!) while he was at school! He gets home and builds this watch taht when he taps the button on the watch he is in his super suit! So, he jas to stop this mad scientist named Dr Mayhem and in the end he decides his super mame is Invictus!

9:19 I hope that, despite Bullet Boy having a major part in helping to save the day, the Hero Assembly completely ignore him in favor of Aqua Ray, for a variety of reasons. Most of the action takes place under water, Bullet Boy is just being annoying, ect.
Not that I don't like Bullet Boy, but I find it hilarious that the guy who has been making a beeline for a H.A. position gets past up for the new guy who walked out of the water like 5 mins ago.

I came across this video as someone who has also created superhero characters as a kid. I have all the stories done. My dream would be to create a comic series with them and tell the stories that I have had in mind for a few years. Your idea is sick, your artsyle is cool. This gives me the motivation to want to pursue my characters and ideas in the future. I think anyone can create their own superhero universes, look at Invicible, based on Marvel, and DC yet are so popular. There can never be enough superheroes in the world 😄

Since I’ve already decided a villain called heater I want to create one again his name is freezer he is the complete opposite of heater, which is the easiest way to explain it but his past his story also comes in with heater so they were both exploring heater went to a volcano and he got sent down into the volcano freezer went to Antarctica and got pushed down in the ice. Each time they will try to escape. They just got pushed deeper so decided to stay there as long as they were friends so when they met themselves again, they decided to get suits metal armour suits to describe the environment that they were in and now they are a unstoppable force of ice and fire. Also they each don’t just have these mini suits. They also have giant mech suit so after they got in a giant Mech suit, they decided to start attacking the city and people and now they got teleported into the bullet verse and now they are faithful enemy of bullet boy along with any other person even attacking the other villains and they really wanted to know where his Arch nemesis was but now we don’t know where they are
So can you please add these characters and also people can comment on where they think they are? Where do you think they are?

I need Hero X to have a "omg why did we invite this kid he's sooo annoying dynamic" with bullet boy. Like he became a hero out of rage and justice with dead parents, a history of homelessness and a brother who sacrifices himself, and then Bullet boy is there being a silly little guy
that’s the dynamic i see in my head 🤣
I very much dig this idea for a dynamic, not just for the comedic value of a very serious and tragic character clashing with a fun and lighthearted one, but the more dramatic implications, of Hero X trying to give purpose to all he's suffered, to not be this monster part of him perhaps wants to be, only to be faced with this immature, glory-hungry rich-kid that's never had to struggle a day in his life, that had his super-attributes baked into him at birth and just had to endanger himself in a brief and otherwise inconsequential "selfless" act to activate them, that acts like all this hero work is some kind of game he can win, not a service or a sacrifice.
In theory, Hero X should hate everything Bullet Boy stands for, while Bullet Boy in his immaturity sees him as just an "edgy" weirdo that isn't as good as him because he has super speed and Hero X doesn't (until he "slows down" enough to gain the maturity to understand Hero X and the gravity of his own goals, the service and sacrifice being a hero entails).
It's like the makings of a very fun anime rivalry.

Super Tre was my persona,The first issue had a villain I don’t use a lot anymore in any issues.Super Tre origin is that he is kidnapped by some group that can see the future,They turned him into a Superman rip off basically.Suddenly,An alien species (The mathematics) came to earth and attacked.Super Tre stopped them and when he did,He was blasted with a huge explosion that erased his memories of having powers and the whole invasion.When he went on the bus,It fell off a cliff but he activated his powers,saving the bus.He then fought with the first villain of this universe,Shadow.Shadow basically is trying to trap the world in a universe of darkness.He destroys a circus but get defeated when super Tre blasts him with light,Killing him.Should I explain issue 2?
