How did the government budget go from -5 to -2 from 15:30-15:45? I followed everything in this guide to the letter twice and still can’t get the new constitution pass the assembly

You could get your dictator constitution past the assembly if you water it down enough to comfort the conservatives. But you need 6 votes in the supreme court. The only way to get those is to bribe Justice Garaci. With money or you promise him the Chief justice position. Even if you don't keep your promise, it is technically still corruption. So a bit of it is necessary to do a dictator run.
@@_unfailbar Please do a playthrough like this. I can pass my constitution through the Assembly but I never get the Court. I get moderates and that other guy by offering him the Chief Justice position but it never passes. I stop playing because I get bored by that.
Is it normal for Lucian to betray you and start the impeachment process? I followed the steps as best I could. However I did find the guide somewhat unhelpful as it left out some details and left me to feel as if I wasn’t making the right choices in some situations.

when you support the alphonso foundation you get a special thing with soll at the football match

It also increases your popularity by the amount you donate, so 2 Wealth will give you 2 Popularity points.
