This is the most watched video from Wish bus and the daily views doesn't stop. 🥰 Mori was actually the Celebrity Guest DJ of the Roadshow program of the Wish bus when she performed this viral cover.

I agree with all your comments. When Mori sings, she puts her heart into it, and she uses her voice to convey the emotions. Those squeaks are like cries of a broken heart, as when she sings the lines "why can't we be like that?", it's questioning with a taint of sadness and frustration, and she emphasized the "yours" in "I'm yours" with that gorgeous belt as if to say "I'm all yours, but why do I feel you cannot be mine". Also, if you notice, she controls her voice, so that she creates "valleys" and "lulls", she pulls back, only to explode thereafter, that makes watching and listening to her exciting and enjoyable. She embodies the song and gives life to the character of the song, like an actress, as you said.
If you enjoy listening to her squeaks and this kind of heart-rending songs, you will definitely like her "Naririnig Mo Ba" performance on the Wish Bus. She was REALLY young here. Anybody that knew her before this would already have known she would be HUGE later on. Anybody who had no idea about her would think she was older than she really was because of her abilities. This one is when she was a little younger.. loved your reaction as usual ❤. The thing with Mori and some of these covers I’ve never heard the originals for, is that she makes it totally unnecessary for me to seek out and listen to the original.. it couldn’t possibly be better.
