How are you able to do this?
You can switch to controlling each enemy via the game’s debug menu. In this particular video I'm using TheFirstHunterApprentice's Elite Knights Original Weapons mod. You can pick up this mod on Nexus Mods. You'll need to learn how to mod the game first though. Pantagana has a great guide on how to do this: • How to set up Boss vs ... . I also plan to release a tutorial soon.

How about the skeleton army versus lothric Castle?
Black Knights really are the elite knights of the souls series: high poise, high damage, huge stagger potential and a high stability shield. Was a great vid, would be interesting to see if the base concept could be implemented with other knights as well.
With other knights on defense or invading?
@@AmazingChest Perhaps both? Since you're doing the "Defending Lothric Castle" series now, it'd be interesting to see knights like Ringed Knights or Darkwraiths on the invading team. Or perhaps a much smaller group of Outrider Knights (accounting for their high aggression, health and damage). In future it could be interesting to see if you could have other knights on the defending team too, like perhaps defending the Cathedral as a Cathedral Knight if possible.
Well they also are the only real "death" gigants that neither turn undead or morhped into some demon. Their essence was consume on the first linkfire in a wierd time between the Demon War and the very last moments of the Lord of the Light as such. The Lore of this master piece, is really something to digg in. May the Sun shine upon your path friend.

The lothric knights are such cool/well designed enemies. Even though the castle and city are completely ruined and in dismay, they still have nobility and want to protect the princes to the best of their ability. Such a grand and imposing enemy
well that was really neat to see, honestly really love the idea of this sort of modding, in that being closer to an enemy and playing as one, just wish some of the jank was easier to solve.

@@AmazingChest Yea that stuff and like, how you have to manually set up things and, how I think items are also kinda inconsistent in what you can use, etc.
If someone actually made a DS3-themed tower defense mod I would go crazy for it

This just makes me wish there was a dedicated mod system that allowed for these types of fights without much complicated setup. That's a pretty funny coincidence, I was playing around on the EKWRP mod today...as a Lothric knight too ! Sword and shield version. The slight recovery after their attacks is annoying, but the speed and power of the weapon arts are soo good
Also, what about a Winged knights invasion next ? It would be lore friendly, given the Winged knights are canonically at war with the rest of the kingdom of lothric due to divergence in faith.

Those Lothric Knights deserve a raise. Keeping Black Knights at bay is no easy task.

Amazing! It would've been such a great multiplayer feature. Protect a boss with his team againts waves of enemies. Or even PvP with an attacking team with limited ressources and a defending team.
it might just be my love for the abyss watchers but it would be somewhat neat to see them fight together to invade the castle (even if its somewhat questionable in lore)
That's not a bad idea, I think I would probably have to remove the debuff effect they have which causes them to do less damage to other enemies otherwise they might struggle a bit.

Just goes to show that even though Lothric and Lorian are the sons of Gwynewere or whatever, the Lord of Sunlight's elite knights are just that powerful to even take those two down easily

3:38 black knight weapons do a surprising amount of damage to the twin princes and I don’t know why. I use the BKGA against them and it does really high chunks of damage out of their health
Wonder what the lore implications are. The games lore is a huge retcon but it’s interesting bc the twins don’t look like demons

If a hacker were to give me ANY item, I’d want the blue variants of armour. Particularly the Deserter armour. And here’s a funny thing nobody mentioned, the blue hollow soldiers are wearing more armour than the other deserters. The gray cloaked ones in the area before them are wearing gloves and have wrapped boots, while the ones before even them, are wearing the armour players get as drops, it covers less of the body, and I don’t think it has gloves. The blue hollow soldiers are using essentially the same thing as the gray ones before them, but slightly more armour.
That's a pretty cool observation!
The Lothric knight general looks on in horror as his princes fall before his very eyes. Fuelled with rage and a sense of dishonourable failure, he takes up his sword and slaughters the perpetrators of this murder without mercy. Too little too late however, for the black knights have accomplished what they had set out to do. Death no longer holds any consequence to them. The Lothric general is grief stricken and lives out his remaining days, forever regarded as the failure who could not protect his beloved princes.

Seems like it'd be super interesting to see NPC PVP duels in the arena. Pick NPCs of the same "tier" to play as and see who wins.
Shouldn’t there be pilgrim butterflies and the dragon slayer amour and the king as well as cathedral knights or is that way to much for your pc to handle
My PC can handle it, but I didn't want to make things too favorable for either team. I can explore adding Pilgrim Butterflies and the Dragonslayer in future episodes for more difficult invaders; I think that's actually a really good idea!
@@AmazingChest you could’ve added the soul of cinder and silver knights I would say adding Aldrich to but the only reason for that is Gwyndolin can you make npc’s with boss Move sets

I'm not sure how possible it'd be, but having the Library's crystal sage, dragonslayer armor, and those robed guys who use the oaths would be both lore friendly and much more challenging for the black knights
This is a great idea, I totally plan on adding more beefed up lore-friendly additions to this fight for future invaders. Someone else suggested Pilgrim Butterflies too which I really like. The tough part is finding a good balance.
@@AmazingChest Well, for a suggestion, how about the plot of the battle is the denizens of Anor Londo are coming to force lorian to link the flames to continue the age of Gods, so anyone on the side of Anor Londo, say, The citizens of the Boreal Valley, including Pontiff, Vordt, and the Dancer, vs. the defenders of Lothric, like the Dragonslayer Armor, Oceros, The Crystal Sage, and the winged Knights?
I'd love to see dark wraith's or an army of drakeblood and Ricard (rapier guy in arch) and I can also help you out if needed with parts of the video or set up I have DS3 on my PC and on PS4 so if you need help I got you bro. Loved the video as well, keep up the good work you're extremely talented my guy. So glad I'm here before you blow up and can talk to ya and suggest things. ❤

Black nights invaded izolith butchered demons and still wander the lands long past their cycle. I think they can beat 2 weakened princes easily.

The reason why the twin princes die so quickly is because Lorians teleport doesn't work properly outside their throne room. They basically just hop on the spot, making themselves an easy target.
Yeah, I like having their teleport not work though because otherwise they would jump right into the swarm of enemies at the beginning and probably die even sooner

Hmmm might be fun to watch this same setup or a wary similar one, defending against a hoard/waves of low level hollows. Might allow us to see some more team fighting, rather then just your team Dying repeatly end you being left to pull out a win
I think the only reason my team died so much is because of how strong the Black Knights were by comparison. If the invaders were a lower level Knight then it would probably be much more even. In the future though, I can experiment with replacing my defenders with maybe more actual Lothric Knights.

@@AmazingChest pinwheel’s legendary health and damage output may break your computer, so be careful.
I'm thinking of doing a playthrough as a headless skeleton and parrying most of the bosses, I feel like it would probably be really entertaining to watch.
@@AmazingChest I think you’d probably need to have a few other enemies with you or buff the skeleton’s stats quite a lot to do the bosses that can’t be parried, or you could do just the bosses that can be parried with the base stats, but however you do it, seems like it’d make an entertaining video.
How many lothric knights does it take to kill the winged knight in the courtyard?
Not sure, but Lothric Knights are pretty fearsome so I don't think it would take too many!
