I've never been a dog walker, but I imagine its a pretty active job. How many steps do you get in a day just at work? I bet its a bunch! Maybe give yourself some grace and let up from the demands you're putting on yourself and catch your breath! This is a triathalon, not a sprint! ;) Nourishment and rest are the first things I neglect and the first things I -should- prioritize. I'm cheering for you and looking forward to your next vlog!

It's very active, I average between 10k-15k steps and day just from work.
I am terrible for overworking myself 😅 want to do so many things and not enough time in the day to fit it all in.
And same, food and sleep are the first things that go downhill when I'm starting to feel overwhelmed or stressed. It's interesting how our brains deem the most important things to be the first things that go down the drain in that scenario!
And thank you so much ❤️ I'm cheering for you too! Need to catch up on your latest one

Are you following a mobility program or video, or just winging it? It looks like a great sequence!

For mobility training I'm using Tom Morrisons Simplistic Mobility Method, and it's worked wonders!
For the abs challenge I followed the Tapp Brothers Abs challenge.
As for calisthenics I'm focusing on purely the calisthenics foundational exercises that EVERY calisthenics channel talks about (push ups, pull ups, squats, leg raises, ab holds, handstand prep and triceps dips)
