100g mung beans soak 5hrs +50g water
2eggs+ one apple in the mixer
2g yeast
1g backing powder
1 Tbs sugar
200g Flour
10g oil
mix well, brush oil on the tin
Raise to twice size
1apple for the topping
10 mins to raise again
Steam for 30 mins and afterward keep the lid closed for 5 mins
