Nice video. Thank you. Even though there is not much storage space in a Cali, if you pack light, there is more than enough. In fact, in our experience of hiring Calis and larger vans, it’s better to have less with you than tanking about in a bigger van filled with more stuff than you will ever need. We are due to collect our own new Ascot Grey Cali in March!
Thanks for your help and totally agree, we are trying to take as little as possible too. you are going to love having yuor own van, especially if rented in the past. Cool choice in colour too. 😊👍🏻

Hi guys thanks for the video its very informative . I have got a ocean in Ascot grey coming in March.Just wondering if you have had any problems with leaking roof bellows in wind and rain.l don't think vw have a cure as the O4s bellows are leaking as well I'm thinking of cancelling 😢
Thank you Paul for your kind words. That's exciting and a perfect colour :). We haven't really had the roof up because the weathers not been the best. Fairly confident it's ok and will be like the beach. Looks like they changed material after our release. Let the dealer know you'd like a full check on arrival, we are sure you'll be alright and start your journey. 😊

We have a September 23 Ocean and have been out a couple of times in the rain and we’ve had no leaks as yet. My advice is to get your Cali and just enjoy yourself. If you have problems down the line then get the bellows changed under warranty. No good getting yourself worked up about something that might not happen. Happy travels.

I can see you are just starting out so let me share some advise with you, with good intent. A lot of ppl like me don't have a lot of time to watch videos and so it would be ideal if you don't show us where you store your onions and personal things. I watch videos like this to see the layout of the camper and how it functions, and really, a lot of time is spent on your personal foods and such that have no interest to me and I know a lot of ppl feel the same way. I have 1 hr daily to spare and so I'm going to find a video that will give me direct information and not much personal stuff because everyone stores their onions where they want to, just giving you how I feel.
