Sad for what you went through and what the guy said to you. I feel happy to hear that you are rebuilding your life albeit a day at a time. Mental health issues are real among our serving and ex-officers. You should consider setting up something to support other suffering officers and helping them get through and manage their issues.
Naomba usiwai patana na polisi weww ujue huko sio kwa mzazi. 70% of inmates do not agree with you since they are innocent and someone paid for them to be in prison. This is not America where evidence is collected and only 30% of innocent people are in prison. Our system is flawed and cops will only attend to a case if you have money or you have already done all the work and you are handing them the culprit on a silver platter, na pia hapo wanaweza muwachilia. In the army there are two categories of torture, body torture and psychological torture. Body torture is caused by the physical training while psychological torture are caused by lack of enough sleep and the so called wakubwa's. Kdf is hell on earth thanks to God i left.
