As a City fan, i agree with Jules 💯 that City's marking of those corner kicks were horrible. They were lucky with the first one when they put Doku on Gabriel and they didn't do it better in the second corner where Gabriel scored. City didn't prepare for the area where Arsenal is very strong.

Is that enough reaction time?

well said mate. Obviously a post match cover-up of impartial referring, as ever. Trossard was clearly lobbing the ball forward in to martinelli's path when he heard the whilst and then turned to face ref. Even fans are picking up on the wrong issue due to these media channels. The money involved causes corruption, and the FA have too much control of broadcasters for anyone to risk crossing them by analysing this detail or the extra stoppage time on each half. Can't find any footage where that whistle can be heard.
