      ​@@USITRecruitmentsir muje 2company me se job offer hui he , dono Us it recruitment company he, par dono me Insensitive ka structure alag alag he , 1me hum kitne person ko interview ke liye bhej te he , uske upar per person 15 ya 20$ milte he or joining ka kuch nahi milta , but 2nd company me hume Interview pe insensitive nahi milta , uske hame Us company me kitne bande select hoke join karte he uske upar per person 20k rupee mil rahe he , to dono mese acha konsa he ,?? Interview pe insensitive milta he vo acha he ki , jisme person join hota he uspe insensitive milta he vo acha he???? Please reply i am very confused, dono mese kisme jyada pesa or Growth milega?? Or easy konsa rahega??? Please give me advise

      These days every US staffing company pays an incentive as per their criteria, but before joining any company, you need to check employee reviews or feedback on Google or Glassdoor and check company stability & growth so that you can survive for the long term.
