its a rough exotic doesn't really help anything. But what they should have done is add its talent to Ninja Bike kneepads adding more benefits for it.

I think it would be a lot more useful if they allowed the stacks to stack with other movement speed items.

I tried a similar build recently and realized that the Ninja Bike kneepads were more useful than the Acosta since they give instant reload and bonus amour from vaulting and cover to cover. Nice video!

I think it's mostly for speed runs of missions.

That slows you down when you think about it because of the numerous amounts of times you got to vault. Which slows your animation other than just running

I think failed exotics get more attention than they deserve.
Not everything can be a scorpio or momento.
Sometimes, exotics are just fodder. And that's okay.
This doesn't deserve more than a 20 sec Short.
