During the rain storm, Henry was told to take the people home safely to Knapford. On his journey back, he helped took the train of vans to Wellsworth for Bill & Ben, and rescuing The Broken down Diesel.

5. Lady Power! - Lady, Emily and Lisa are called to take a very heavy train to the Mainland and have to work together to set a new record.
6. Harvey’s Dilemma - Harvey the Crane Engine is rather self-conscious of his new abilities and his crane causes trouble at the docks.
7. Murdoch’s Strength Contest - Class 40 arrives and boasts his strength superiority to Murdoch and so they have a challenge to find out who is the most important.
8. Scots’ Justice - Spencer insults Donald and Douglas for their accident at the bridge, but the twins prove their worth when they have to take the Duke and Duchess home.
9. Vanilla’s Chocolate Run - Mr. Jolly is looking for an engine to help run his chocolate delivering services and he chooses the shy Vanilla. With some encouraging words form her driver and firemen, she learns that she can be a sweet, depending hard-working engine.
10. Diesel’s Passenger Trouble - When Thomas is away for maintenance, Devious Diesel is sent to cover his duties of taking Annie and Clarabel. However, Diesel has trouble adjusting to the complaints of the passengers.
11. Daisy Makes a Friend - Daisy despises taking the Milk Trains to Market, however she is surprised to find a stray cat interested in the milk and her.
12. Teddy and Bear - A new diesel shunter named Teddy arrives at the yards to shunt coaches for express trains, but when the Bear struggles up the hill, it’s up to the plucky little diesel to prove that size does not matter.
13. Derek’s New Engine - Derek does his best to work hard and get his train over Gordon’s Hill with his straining engine. When he finally accomplishes this, Sir Topham Hatt awaits for him with a special gift.
14. We Demand Respect - ‘Arry and Bert are fed up with having to do dirty and filthy jobs around the railway. Sir Topham Hatt promises to let them have a special wash-down if they work without fuss. But when James loses control of his train, can the two willingly save him despite him being a steamer?
15. Salty & the Aquarium - Salty sees a bunch of sea creatures being captured and decides to hide them away to set them free. When Salty realizes that they are needed for a new aquarium, Salty and his driver set off on a wild goose chase to get them back.
16. Basil to the Rescue - Basil is annoyed with being teased by his clumsy felines and damaging his brakes. When BoCo’s new brakes are jammed Basil reluctant sets off in pursuit.
17. Skarloey’s New Whistle - Skarloey’s whistle becomes worn out and so he is sent to the Works to be adjusted with a new one. Skarloey is rather doubtful of his new whistle as it cause several problems.
18. Rheneas & Derek - Derek is upset of his constant breakdowns, so Rheneas tells him a story of how he constantly broke down.
19. Sir Handel & the Grumpy Coaches - The Coaches are still distrustful of Sir Handel as he tends to bump them a lot. Sir Handel has learned the error of his ways but has trouble communicating with the coaches.
20. Peter Sam & the Haunted Forest - Peter Sam heard strange noises from the forest and then listens to a tale when an old engine had disappeared into the jungle.
21. A Party for Rusty - Rusty fells his work on the little railway has been under-appreciated and so the other engines secretly come up with a special worry to cheer him up.
22. Hooray for Duncan - Duncan wants to be more than just a typical grumpy engine that always gets into trouble. So when some trucks break away from the incline he rushes straight to the rescue.
23. Bertie’s Hit and Run - Bertie races Thomas again, but accidentally runs into the crossing control system and doesn’t say anything.
24. Be Happy Bulstrode - Bulstrode is happy to be afloat and put into good use but is till down in the dumps.
25. Cranky’s Bet - The engines are fed up with Cranky for having to comparing a lot, so Thomas, Bill and Ben challenge him to not grumble or be cranky for one day.
26. Queen Elizabeth - Elizabeth feels everyone is laughing behind her tires and decides to act royalty and strictly which causes problems for the engines and other vehicles.
