I think taz is a perfect addition to this show. I don’t feel like tamar and trina would’ve made it as far as they did with out her. They’re sisters and have had 40+ years of communicating with eachother and as we’ve seen it’s more destructive than constructive and that’s due to past trauma that both are still carrying. Having someone there who is unbiased like taz, who not only called trina out, but also tamar is very important so they can find new methods of communication & reach some resolve that is long overdue.
the others can go. no shade but they barely said a word. it could make these conversations more comfortable to have. good episode though, i’m glad to see some positive dialogue within the fam.
Was thinking the same, like the woman in the corner said nothing..
Thank you for your kind words and very accurate observation 🤗❤
@@tazsinghmediumlifecoach you’re welcome 🤍
Agreed… ❤
ANY REAL FAMILY KNOWS THAT SISTERS FIGHT LOVE AND FIGHT
"No woman wants to come home and feel like the man!" Bars!!!!
i love when Trina not around towanda, she can be herself and be authentic.
YES 💯
I thought I was the only one who saw that too
I agree, Trina seems to take on Towanda’s disposition when she’s in her presence because of the conversations they’ve had amongst the two of them.
Trina's energy is so pure. She is definitely my favorite sister.
Mine too
I’m in love with her singing voice. Chills!
I just cannot with her accent. She's the only sister that accentuates the accent & it's like ugh.😂
😁😄😁😄 I like it
Taz said, if you want to feel loved you have to give it! Spot on, there can NOT be one sided.
This was another beautiful conversation that allowed Tamar and Trina to connect and resolve issues that they held onto for so long, issues that prevented them from having real conversation and being there for one another the way they should have.
Trina, Tamar and I had dinner after the recording, and it was beautiful to see how the mediation had helped them open up to one another, and they were finally able to speak honestly and respectfully without judgement. They were finally able to discuss so many other difficult matters and resolve.
This episode is a reminder that all families have challenges, but it is how we resolve that matters. Losing a loved one can be one of the most difficult experiences you'll ever face. It's a profound loss that can affect every aspect of your life, leaving you feeling empty, sad, and uncertain about the future, it is never easy, but with time, support, and self-care, you can navigate the grieving process and find ways to honor their memory.
@@tazsinghmediumlifecoach 🥰🥰🥰
I pray and hope that both sisters and the rest of the family may continue to heal in peace. Blessings to you and the entire podcast team this was a beautiful and fun conversation. 🙏🏽❤
3 mins in.. Trina saying counch 😂😂😂. TAMAR like we're doing that today? 😂😂😂😂
Cowch..😂😂
I died 😂😂😂😂
I know that speech of hers is not cute 🤦🏽♀️🫣🤷🏽♀️
😂😂😂😂😂😂
I can’t 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Tamar under Trina eyelashes into her eyes😅 the what 🤣
This is heartwarming...Trina you are the perfect balance for each of your sisters. Your spirit brings calm to each of them. Tamar although I loved watching your antics on the show (hilarious), I see your growth and the woman you are trying to and have become. Hold on tight to your sisters, ladies. You all are more powerful together than apart. 🙏🏿😇❤
Tamar was SO real when she said Trina was really thin. I watch the Braxton's music videos from back in the 90's and it's crazy how thin they were.
Trina is the sweetest sister in my opinion sometimes she gets comfortable in being close to people so loosing someone is very hard and personal for her.love Mrs Trina Braxton-Scales
Trina and that accent always make me chuckle.
I really enjoyed this episode. I feel like this was actually helpful for the sisters.
I love the way Trina speaks, her accent sets her apart and makes her unique from the rest. I enjoy Trina. ( I love how Trina pronounces Dollar Tree.) ❤
@@StraightUp101😅😂😅it’s funny to me 😅
Yes, and now they need to bring Towanda on there and then Toni and then Mama E.
It's annoying.
They always in the same place. Lol.
This was heartwarming to watch. Tamar and Trina got to clear the air after 11 years of misunderstanding. And imma need Taz to be my therapist coz she’s spot on every time 👌🏾🩷
Lots of love ❤
James looks like he is bored out of his mind😂
Love this Tamar and Trina😊😊
Why is he on the couch with them🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
James should have his own questions ready.
@@rachelfinney1774😂🤣 he’s always with Tamar it’s weird he must be a friend of the family
He shouldve sat this one out but Tamar act like she can’t be alone that’s a problem she had with Vince
Always 😂😂
I love seeing Tamar and Trina like this. ❤❤ This was a good episode. So many gems dropped.
When Tamar said they look like teletubbies I knew she was talking about they clothes it’s crazy how they don’t understand they sister and they was raised together I think they just so quick to react instead of just listening to each other we all know they love and support each other
You cannot be objective and not receptive!!! A WORD, Trina!
This was a beautiful conversation 🥹❤️
I mean this in the most respectful way possible…
James didn’t need to be present for this episode. The couch is full, and he added *nothing* to the conversation. Would have been nice if it were *JUST* a conversation between you & Trina (and one mediator). Love how you two were able to converse with one another. ❤️🩹
Agreed
Literally serves no purpose on the show. Brings nothing, respectfully 😬
🎯💯🎯💯
I agree. James can go. I understand he works for her, but does he have to be included in everything Tamar does? I’m tired of looking at him and respectfully saying, judging from her son demeanor I believe her son is beginning to pick up some of James ways.
I've said that so many times.....I pray that Logan doesn't pick up James' traits. @@StraightUp101
I actually went back and watched the clip exactly and Tamar says in the clip “the clothes” were all wrong. they walked on stage looking like 3 sparkly teletubbies. So ultimately they could’ve solved this had any of them went back rewatched their own clips 😭. but i’m definitely glad that trina was finally able to gain clarity over this situation.
So true! She did say that.
@ like i rewatched 3 times just to make sure and she definitely does say “the clothes”
I was looking for this clip
@ ruclips.net/video/feqxhh-I5EI/видео.htmlsi=3qldfHQV8gJXK8Vf
Right! I literally said that while watching the interview lol
I remember that episode Trina kept saying she is not gonna like this! 😂 I’m glad Taz told Tamar to listen and hear what she’s saying instead of trying to react something I’ve had to learn. Now why James and Miss mamas there again? 😂
Something I had to learn, too 😀🤗
Love Trina, she was always the one in the Braxtons that i related most to! Imo, this podcast only needed Tamar, Trina and Taz.
Omg I relate to Trina so much with the grief and depression stage. And the darkness and not sleeping. Word for word you don’t want to be alone with your thoughts. It’s so hard and I’m still struggling
Same! Prayers and good vibes your way. 🙏🏾
@@tinawashington5591 thank you same prayers and good vibes your way too. We will get through it!
Rest in Paradise TRACI 💜💜💜
Oh! I'm glad they are talking about the time they jumped on stage. I'm one of many who has rewatched the seasons many times. My perspective changed on some of the situations throughout but NOT on this scenario.
Tamar was definitely shamed and put down for not liking the "surprise". Honestly, I feel like all of them knew she wouldn't like it.. but they did it anyway. Then the sisters tried to make her feel bad for not being friendly with the stage like Toni. Toni started off sharing the stage with her sisters in her solo career.. not Tamar. Not only that, the sisters knew how much Tamar expressed wanting to be on her own career path and doing her own thing. I feel like Tamar wasn't given grace for feeling how she felt. It was her time.. her moment.. and it should have stayed hers. Just saying. I love all of the sisters but this is my viewers opinion.
I agree with you. Trina gave so many reasons as to why they probably shouldn’t do that but Towanda was so persistent. Even after Trina reminding them about how Tamar is when it comes to her artistry & Towanda still ignored that. It made me believe til this day that she orchestrated that to get the reaction she got, to get everyone against Tamar. I can’t be convinced otherwise.
@@thewritebrittnay She definitely did, which is unfortunate. I recall her being *so* satisfied after they bombarded the stage, even after seeing that Tamar was upset. Her mission was accomplished.
I think it was weird when they got off the stage and trina was like that wasn't good she's not happy about it and towanda was smiling and said " Well I had fun", I know that's their sister but I thought that was so evil.
I don't think its that deep. One, they were filming the show and this situation was content. Also, the FANS, right, the fans loved seeing the sisters. I think its more of a narcissistic thing. The crowd loved it, and thats all that really mattered. She did not like the crowd liking them. That set and performance was a hot mess and it had nothing to do with Traci, Trina or Towanda.
@brianarnold468 I have to disagree but I can see where you're coming from.
Thank God for Taz because certain people just always want to be right but claim that they just want to be heard.
❤❤❤
I love Trina Braxton, this is a must watch. Trina & Tamar has always been my favorite.❤️
TAMAR & TRINA
God always makes a way to get through anything that was a problem! GOD IS GOOD ALL OF THE TIME!! AMEN! 🙏🏽👏🙂
You are Welcome!
I've always admired Trina's perosnality ever since BFV I can def relate I just love her silly, funny, soft, and tough side of her she has truly grown out beautiful❤
Taz was so amazing in understanding their energies and getting them to use communication and specifically LISTENING to have true and genuine understanding without ego of defence mode in the mix.
Love it ❤️
I still go back and watch these Trina and Tamar sing together and that magic is as beautiful as how their sisterhood will be from now on.
Perfect dynamics are not the ultimate goals, as we all have our moments, but just having understanding, communication and the ability to move forward, is what it's about.
Exactly! Communicating without ego and having to feel defensive is so important to fully listen to what is being said ❤
I LOVE TRINA!!❤
I love Tamar and Trina’s sister love ❤. I love when they are talking. They are both extremely talented as talk host. Let nothing separate you from the love of Christ. God bless you. ❤
I love Tamar and James relationship he is her best friend everybody needs somebody through thick and thin James keep watching out for her
Braxtons are the best! Their authenticity is refreshing… miss watching them together on television sooooo much… I’m watching reruns!
I feel like this podcast would’ve been better if it was just Tamar and Trina. All the extra people look like they just there to be listening.
Right! Like the one co-host makes sense but it’s too many people in there not saying anything
Especially the Sista in the pink and orange. She looked like she really didn't want to be there. Her energy was all off!
James over there dozing off lol
@@fashionjunky10😩🤣🤣
@@fashionjunky10He was asleep! 😂😂
James and the Sista in the orange and pink were 100% just taking up space and didn't need to be there! She looked like she really didn't want to be there. Every time the camera panned in on her her expressions were forced
I can say Trina isn’t by herself in grieving… I experienced multiple family members passing away back to back, like it became numbing . But healing takes time during grief, it’s hurtful and no one can tell you how to grieve. It will get better in time.
I absolutely live your energy, and although you have been through so much you have still maintained your ability to assist others. You heal and inspire without realizing it, and you are so loved by your family on the other side 🤗
Trina, you are the spitting image of Tracy-I had to check that this is a current podcast and not one that Tracy was on prior to her transitioning.
Taz almost broke me down talking about Grief because after my Grandma went to heaven I felt all of those emotions 😢
I am so sorry for your loss. She was more a mother to you and the pillar in the family. She is the most humble and kind soul and is still watching over all of you ❤ She had a difficult life ensuring she did the best for her kids to give them a better life, but the love, respect and care she got in her later years is something she cherishes. Lots of love 🤗
Taz got yall through an 11 year issue in like 10 mins…Ima need towanda on the couch next 😌
😂😂😂😂❤
Now you know Towanda can’t stand Tamar….
😮😮😮@@stilljocelyn_
@@tazsinghmediumlifecoachoh heyyyy lol 🫶🏾 you’re awesome
@@stilljocelyn_and Tamar would have a right to feel the same, just because Tamar is loud it doesn’t make her wrong all the time. And they can’t fix their sisterhood like Traci wanted if people are still holding grudges. I think she towanda doesn’t wanna have a sit down because she would have to admit some uncomfortable truths on camera (possibly even apologize) and she probably doesn’t wanna do those things.
Not only is your sister understanding you better Tamar but I am understanding you better but I don't care what nobody had to say about you I say that girl can saaaaaaaig that part! And this is what we needed to see this is what we needed to know then all of the judgment when they've been so harsh
My 2 favorite braxtons.
love me some Trina. I've always loved how well spoken and articulate she is.
Tamar is me. The misunderstood, the biggest heart..."just ask"
Great work ladies..great episode.
Always loved the bond you two had❤
Loved that Tamar and Trina had a healing conversation. Taz is great at life coaching and helping people to process and understand things better. I'm hoping in the near future we can see Towanda and Tamar have a healing conversation.
I am hoping we get that opportunity 🙏🙏🙏
I’m so happy to see Tamar back on her own panel. Her and Trina have great chemistry. All the cast is good I just wish they had a show runner to tell them kinda what question to ask and which person is gonna ask it
I'm so happy for y'all. I miss you always Traci❤❤❤
OMG!! Tamar, this podcast was Amazing!! I am so glad you and your sister communicate and heal your unresolved issues. You are right, Tamar Family is everything! I appreciate the wisdom from Taz. Keep these videos coming. I love your new podcast!
Thank you ❤
Good episode. I'm glad Tamar is supporting Ashlee. The other sisters are more concerned about their image and their family image then healing forreal.
Tamar supporting Ashlee is for her image as well. Don’t be fooled, she’s tryna look like the “good sister”.
So glad to see the sisters together again. I hope the negative comments from the last Braxton show didn't keep you all from being in front of the camera. I missed you all. ❤❤
Any South africans here🇿🇦 Yessss Taz Singh we see u😊. Hey Tay Tay loved u then and still got mad love for u❣️
HI ❤ I had this idea for a show, and Tamar graciously agreed to partner. We have so much planned for the podcast and am still continuing with all my own shows back in SA. Thank you for watching. Lots of love 🤗🙏
You know what Trina.. you just made me realize my soft tone is condescending as well 😭😭😭 because why yall acting slow and like yall don’t understand
😂
Love seeing you sisters connect. Consider lessons learned as a result of the folly of youth. Momma nem told us, “keep on living”. Life is short. Live, laugh and love. Marlene Tucker ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Me and Trina are Sagittarius. We like to handle things on our own and we worry about everyone else and we sacrifice our own feelings
I really enjoyed this episode. I love Tamar and Trina’s growth and I also love Taz’s spiritual insight into the relationship. James gave us a glimpse into Trina’s friendship and relationship with her spouse. Great Job!
Thank you ❤
This was such a real conversation! Amazing gems in this video ❤❤❤❤
@@adealyarose Trina was dropping them gems. 💎 ❤️
This is what y’all need to do with each sister. Towanda too!
Towonda and Toni aren’t gonna back down to Tamar. Trina allows Tamar to be abusive because she just wants them to be close. Trina is the one that keeps the family together. Toni already told them she don’t like her family and Towonda is checked out of dealing with Tamar.
@ i disagree but i respect your opinion
@CosmicJournee I 100% agree! Toni will walk out before she let's Tamar BS her and Towanda will give Tamar the energy she receives. It won't go well.
@@Lodeenie and you think that’s respectable? 🤨 They need to *grow up* if that’s the case…because that’s not what occurred in this discussion. There was no “BS” or “energy”. What occurred here were 2 people who have grown in their ways of communication, allowed each other the space to speak & came to a mutual understanding. That’s called maturity. So why can’t the others do the same? 🤔
@@amazingg8238 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thank you Tamar for inviting your sister. I also loss father brother son and husband in a short time. Les than a year. This podcast helped me the depression was y he same . Thank you, Trina
Not Trina got me tearing up 5 minutes in 🤣. I think everyone in the world has felt at some point "Why did my friend, cousin, sibling, parent etc have to pass away? They were such a good person." If death paused for everyone who wished it, we would be overpopulated. I lost 3 of my grandparents before I was out of H.S (at 4, 15 and 16) and I think so much about how they never got to know me as an adult and it still bothers me sometimes and I'll be 35 next month. Life is so fragile, I admire her for getting a hold of her grief in a healthy way.
I really appreciated that therapist she helped me to see a lot about myself and I've chosen to find my own therapist!!❤❤
❤❤❤
I can agree that its the same grieving process ,its the pain that can differ
Absolutely agree ❤
When they were going back and forth about the "tellatubby" incident - that would have been a great time for the psychic or therapist to step in and mediate that situation. I'm so glad they got clarity on the situation.
but at the same time, I like how they waited and le the dialogue happen, they needed that
Hi 🤗, I had to allow them to speak their truth before mediating so that they could express themselves Unfiltered. Lots of love 🙏
I’m glad they’re continuing to heal.
Thanks for taking the time to make this show from listening (not hearing ) listening you can take something away from this platform GOD BLESS YOU ALL 😊❤
If somebody says, “Y’all look like Teletubbies” that’s bout as clear as it gets. Tamar you tried it😂
Trina is so honest and real. She took like her mom the most. She's my favorite. Toni fake, Towonda crooked, Tamar a Fool and Traci was the Bomb 😂😂😂
I so needed this episode, I'm still dealing with grieving. I lost my mom on Oct 12th and it hard. Thank you Tamar
I am so sorry for your loss, your mum is absolutely at peace. She also did not have an opportunity to say goodbye and was in so much discomfort that she accepted her transition. You are trying to be strong for everyone but you are extremely sensitive and dealing with a lot internally. Your mum Blesses you. You are truly loved
@tazsinghmediumlifecoach 😭😭 thank you, so much for that. All I wanted for her to be at peace. I pray every day that God continues to protect and watch over her. I wish I could have said a good bye. I hope she knows I forgive her and I hope she forgives me.
There is truly nothing to forgive because the love and bond you share now is stronger than before. Know that she hears you talking to her, also fighting with her at times because you think she does not see your struggles 😂 atleast she can laugh but you are going to overcome the personal challenges you are experiencing because you have finally decided to take control. Tamar was fortunate to have a wonderful husband named Vince. Sometimes, we only encounter true love once in a lifetime. Now that she has achieved her career goals, she struggles to keep a man who seems to be using her. Her album, "Love and War," became a tremendous success, and she has changed significantly since then.
What you saw on their reality tv show Tamar and Vince is clearly not her reality. She said she hasn't received unconditional love from all of her ex partners including Vince. She's said on this podcast and many other occasions she is doesn't have a balanced support system from him. There's no way she should feel she has to be the mom, dad and sole financial provider to their son as a result she unconsciously takes into her alpha female side. I am curious if Tamar new book will tell exactly what happened with her marriage with Vince. I feel she protects him alot specifically because they have a son together.
👑 Tamar happy to be listening in to these important conversations so informative ❤🌺
This was a really good episode. I see the growth between the sisters. They both still have some learning to do about each other, however they have found their friendship again and that's awesome.❤❤❤❤

Death is something we all go through, and I understand what Trinia is saying. My family has experienced almost, or I would even say, over eight deaths each year for the past several years. It’s been like a domino effect-from my sibling, nephew, uncles, and cousins. My Lord, every time I got a text or call, it was to report another one.

Come on Mrs Taz ..
Preach! 😮😮😊
🫢❤
For the record, Tamar did say she called their outfit teletubies on the episode
Tamar's response to Trina saying that no matter what, she has always shown up for Tamar was so harsh, cruel, and mean. Season after season, Tamar complained about the sisters not showing up for her and that only Trina would. What a slap in the face!!
? Oh boy. That was not harsh, cruel, or mean 🙄 She asked Trina “you think I expect you to show up every time?” because she *assumed* that’s what Trina meant. She didn’t want Trina feeling like she was angered when she couldn’t make it to every event. Which Taz spoke up & helped clarify what Trina actually meant. It was just a quick misunderstanding, and not a misunderstanding in an angered way. You all take things the wrong way when you have a certain perception about someone. That’s why conversation & not jumping to conclusions is so important.
This was so good. ❤
This podcast has so much potential. The woman in the light pink outfit talks the majority of the time as if it’s her show. It can be very confusing as to who the host is. I wish I could have heard from Tamar and Trina more.
This is Taz's idea and concept, I agreed to partner with her idea. We both dd value to the discussions.
@ thanks for explaining. That makes sense
Thank you for watching and support ❤
