the sound engineers on this set probably had volume automation on this part of the song going down so the vocals don't get too loud during the screaming part, but the truth is he's singing in extremely high ranges (up to C5 in this song's chorus) already and it's the same volume as screaming pretty much, so no point in pushing the mic levels down, belting high notes and screaming is the same volume really, but they still did it for some reason like they assumed the screams were going to be two times louder then belted high notes lol. Nope
