Wow! I almost skipped this video because I was expecting detuned, sludgy, stoner doom when I saw Orange. But this is straight ahead, face melting, kick ass rock! Well done! Amazing playing!!

thanks, i wonder why orange is the „stoner“ amp, has to do with the newer amps.

@@Biblrocks True. I know Jimmy Page used Orange amps. They are great, but they seem like the current trend for doom bands.

If you like old school Rock, tube amps, pedals & red hot guitars, you'll love Bibl Rocks. Helmut never disappoints, his considerable repertoire of the finest licks in the rock tradition is near encyclopedic. Always inspiring, I pick up my guitar & play after nearly every video I watch. After 45 years of playing I thought I heard it all, yet he manages to spin old licks anew. Subscribe !

Played in a group with a fellow guitarist who broke the sound barrier with his OR120,To listen to it was to hear girth , however a bit woolly. He played a PRS so it was an interesting sound to work with , I found the Fender Twin Reverb the best to accompany in a Twin guitar attack. I concur with Amalio Barrage as I was pleasantly surprised with how fantastic the custom 50 sounded ,a great amp from a great amp maker.

Townshend usually used a univox super fuzz. Around Woodstock timeline probably the old grey version but in later years definitely the big orange one

yeah, was my first vintage amp in thr old days, a 2x12 combo.
but for pedals the 100 watt is better.
