This was literally posted at the perfect time! I’m starting my junior year in college and I’m leaving in a couple of weeks for an early move-in. I was looking for ideas for an emergency kit in my backpack :) I also look forward to these kind of videos every year. They are my favorite.
Emergency kits is a wonderful idea espeically when you are at school/ work- You never know when a accident will happen. Small accidents that is. Have fun guys !

I laughed harder than I should have at the walmart parking lot song. Have a great school year! Also fun fact addendum to the chewing/sucking on something during a panic attack. It works because if your brain knows you're eating then it tells your body that you're safe enough to eat. I have had panic attacks all my life and used a ton of different tools from chewing necklaces to gum to drinking water. I like your idea better. lol

I am sure Bella makes even the most mundane tasks fun and interesting. I made these one year for my son and found out really quick a lot of the things in his kit were banned from school. No cologne because of asthma, no tied sticks because it is a chemical, no gum what so ever. The classes provided hand sanitizer but kids could not have them on their person. What I am saying is make sure you check the school ban list. But I love these and think they are a great idea.

Since it summer, I suggest you to buy blue/fresh fragrance suitable for hot weather. My recommendation would Armani Acqua Di Gio Profondo, Jean Paul Gaultier Le Beau, Hugo Boss Pacific or Nautica Voyage if you're on a budget.

Hey Bella 😊I suffer from anxiety, too. The sour candy works because it shocks your body and that's how you let go of the panic attack . You can also use ice or an ice pack. Put it on the back of your neck for awhile, then place it on the small of your back. Hope this helps ❤
Love the fact that Max and Tristen tagged along for shoe shopping and first aid shopping even though they are out on their own, especially Max who was so ready to be on his own. He really does love his family and still enjoys going on these kind of outings.

I wanted to add to the sucking on sour candy to help with anxiety idea. I am a psych major, and I have just recently learned about this, and it is fascinating! Different sensory input can take us out of our heads and into our bodies, this is beneficial when we are suffering from anxiety or a panic attack. These are distress tolerance skills. Some thing that is amazing is there is a therapy called DBT therapy, which stands for dialectical behavioral therapy. There is an entire portion of skills that we study called the TIPP skills. and these are those distress tolerance skills. T stands for temperature I stands for intense exercise, P stands for paced breathing, and the last P stands for progressive relaxation. I would go more into detail, but I would make this comment even longer than it is! I really recommend looking this stuff up… it’s very fascinating, and these coping strategies help a lot! I’m speaking from experience :-) anyways… Love your videos!

Rather than buying a brand new bag every year, encourage the kids to use the one they used last year. They don't need replacing every year.

You can dab a tiny bit of apple cider vinegar on your pimple with a q-tip, it will clear up so fast and no nasty chemicals on the kids skin x
