Pretty much, yeah. It has a few elements missing but even without them it still feels more true to Assassin's Creed's core than whatever is going on these days. Embarrassing.
Fun fact: tilting the left stick slightly forward will allow Jin to walk slowly as well; this is cool because it allows you to pretend you're playing AC Valhalla in all of its complexity before its official release.
Bro a samurai/ninja game based in Japan, with the most gorgeous visuals I had ever seen, beautifully grotesque and challenging combat, vast open world and stealth mechanics? I fanboy af for ninja/samurai games since tenchu and onimusha (old school playstation 2 gems) I knew it was gonna be one of my favourite games of all time when I saw its gameplay debut in 2018 😂💯❤
One additional trick I found useful for stealth was whistling. Besides calling your horse, it causes all nearby enemies to investigate without inherently causing detection. I usually used it near tall grass, then hid in said grass until a group gathered for a chain assassinate. You could also whistle near a quickly climbable building to get a vantage point for air assassinates upon enemy investigation, but this is trickier since this can often create a greater risk for detection. Whistling isn't always available (indoors, certain terrain your horse can't reach, some missions), but it can be good for conserving resources or before the player unlocks wind chimes/firecrackers.
Stumbled upon it accidentally and freaked for a second but all was well and I cleared all the guards I needed too before going loud for the bonus objective.
Once you get a hang of it, the stealth system really does lend itself well to speedy, efficient clears. Slow and steady absolutely has its place- especially in larger, more heavily populated areas- but it's not something you're at all locked to. I remember clearing through one of the medium-sized camps in Part 2 like a divine wind of death, and all I could think at the end was "Shit, is this how Leo feels in Unity?" On the subject of armor, I love the Ronin set, but I've got to give some serious credit to a certain set that improves standoffs. Standoffs typically don't immediately bring the whole camp on you, so the ability to kill several guys at once means you can often significantly thin their numbers without alerting the others, and you can combine it with some other mechanics to really make yourself dangerous. Also, I know parkour isn't really the focus of the game, but I do hope to see you drop a video on mobility. There's some really cool and useful stuff that the game just leaves you to figure out for yourself, and I think a lot of the community is really sleeping on it.
Yeah, absolutely! That's why I think Ghost of Tsushima will live for years, just like Unity. There's a lot of expressiveness, and if you play your hand right you can carve through locations at _incredibly_ high speed. Regarding Ronin vs That Armor TM, the existence of its specific mechanics might be considered an experiential spoiler by some players so I consciously omitted it from this introductory video, which I anticipate newcomers / beginners will be clicking on. That kind of stuff will be covered in-depth in future parts of this series, I want them to discover the 'oh shit' moments themselves at first. Regarding movement, it's quite simple but it does indeed have some juice. Pretty intrigued to explore it and figure it out. The grappling hook alone adds a lot.
@@LeoKRogue Good point. I've edited my comment to ommit the spoiler while still making the general point. I think just the ability to turn a vault into a jump really opens up a lot of possibilities for both assasination and traversal. It's something I discovered on accident and haven't really seen in another game, and it's been a hugely important tool for me ever since. It doesn't necessarily always get you places you couldn't go without it, but it creates a surprising number of options and can really speed things up.
Yeah, like, normally, vaulting an obstacle just deposits you on the other side. But tapping Jump during the animation lets you springboard off of it and move in wacky, potentially unintended ways across certain architecture.
@@LeoKRogue it's like InFamous Second Son and Uncharted 4. You can just traverse the obstacles or traverse them then use them to have the high ground and perform an air assassination if you want to 😎

I reckon most reviewers played this game on Normal and didn't attempt to delve into Stealth's creativity and player-expression. Most of the people who come to me after playing in a stealth-heavy way for a few days let me know it's really enjoyable. And I agree with them. Stealth in Ghost of Tsushima is very good. Enemies behave in expected ways, strategies are possible, complexity and depth are possible. You can't no-kill most of the missions in the game, but there are several which let you just ghost through them.

i was afraid that the stealth would be janky and it would focus more on combat.but, after this video, a saw that the stealth is pretty deep and i'm really willing on grabbbing the game up whenever i get the chance ariganto, sensei Leo.
When I looked at gameplay from official demos or in reviews everyone mentioned how GoT's stealth was lackluster. Leo K: I am once again asking you to stop listening to gaming press about game mechanics. This video made me wanna pick up the game after all. Still gonna hold off until the PS5 version / patch but this solidified my purchase decision. Thx dude.
But the stealth really is lackluster. It's pretty bare bone and stuff you've already seen before. It doesn't bring a single new thing. It should've used the Arkham fear system where enemies start been less and less effective as you pick them on one by one. Instead, they randomly get scared and run away while the others act like they have nothing to worry about and still try to fight you.
@@thecommentsuperhero8578 well some will still fight seeing no other option (killed by the ghost or by their leaders) and some will be too scared of the ghost at that moment to care about their leaders punishing them for fleeing
Something I found really helpful (dont know if it works on all difficulties) was to smoke bomb on a leader, then critical strike, then repeat. A quick and efficient way of dealing with high health enemies.
I wasn’t liking the game as much but after watching this I’m enjoying it a lot more. I also pushed my difficulty up to hard and that’s made it a lot more fun
The Sakai armor also gives you an extra kill in standoffs, so you can get up to 4, which also will sometimes terrify opponents. It doesn't look very stealthy, but if you use the first or even second level aesthetic of it, and keep it black it's passable. Also, I've noticed dropping smoke and then hitting triangle to chain assassinate isn't always consistent, sometimes I get a heavy attack instead. Though I may be hitting it before the chain assassinate prompt pops up.
If you run farther away and have the right setup on your character for equipment or maybe not you can break the detection bar and re-engage from behind the enemy because they walk Away from you and can go in any direction which sets you up for a sweet assassination. 2nd tip= you can also bait the enemy into chasing you and going into tall grass and if you go in deep enough that also breaks the detection meter. And easy chain kill. Because they will call their teammates over. Good for random encounters but for missions drawing them away from a spot a secluded one. Also getting them to go another way temporarily works. Like if you need to squeeze through to get to a checkpoint. Always go in with a plan. Play the game in a calm like manner and relax on unnecessary erratic movements. Watched your AC Unity Stuff leo. Good to see you. Been doing well on ghost on no damage fights.
The interesting thing about GoT is that all of this stuff just came naturally to me; I never sat there and tested all of these different mechanics, I just went for it and mostly everything I tried actually worked (when it wasn’t cocked up by me being bad, of course). Even with the more advanced stuff, the game just has a way of making so much of this stuff be just a logical conclusion to a train of thought that people who have experience with stealth games will naturally come to. It’s masterful work by Sucker Punch, and I can’t praise them enough for it.
Yup! That's the beauty of it. Many of these elements just click and make sense because they're found in so many other stealth games. They're intuitive and reasonable, you largely just check 'em out and they work.
I don‘t know if you know it But there are as far i know three unseful Charms for stealth...One is that you can assassinate Enemy’s when hide in high gras and the other enemy’s won‘t see you even you are close to them...The next is that your wind chime is filled with poisen..That means if the enemy picks it up he will instantly dye because of the poisen...The third thing I didn’t unlock myself but it sounds interesting....When you hit your enemy’s the arrow hit silent there target...that sounds interesting for me...Happy to see for GoT content....Keep it up
how cherry bombs work in ACU it kind of makes sense to me. cherry bombs they are a pretty contained explosion and something kids used to have fun. Things like firecrackers & cherry also have a distinct visual profile as well as auditory. There's so much visual & auditory noise going on in Paris, so many distractions. Cherry bombs act as more of a visual lure than an audio one because a guard hearing a couple bangs isn't going to sound that out of the ordinary they might not even notice it given all the chaos and commotion they constantly have to take in and process. They'll probably think some kids are messing around or it's nearby gunfire over some dispute, either way not their problem. If you throw it directly in their line of sight they will think someone is trying to mess with them specifically and go to investigate it because it's within line of sight of their post, so they can investigate it while staying somewhat on guard. You can actually see that they often do hear the cherry bombs if you throw out of their line of sight they just don't investigate because they have no reason to. Even if they were under suspicion someone was trying to lure them away, why would they leave their post to investigate that? Better to just stay where they are and wait. If they can see the cherry bomb though, it piques their curiosity enough to check it out or they worry it's something more sinister like maybe it has different mixture of explosive powder and is going to explode violently.
The fact that I was more excited for this game, than Valhalla even tho I can't play GOS, just speaks about how low my expectations are for AC at this point
If you fully upgrade the sakai clan armor you will be able to execute two more enemies during a standoff (5 enemies in total). So combining this with two assassinations you'll have enough for the ghost stance and be able to kill another three enemies with a single strike.
Yup, all of that stuff is acquired hours and hours and hours into the game, this video only touches early fundamentals that are (mostly) accessible from the start. I'll be covering those in future vids. >;] Super excited.
Freaking people out with [REDACTED] and becoming The God Damn Ghost of Tsushima by entering [REDACTED REDACTED] is just daaamnn. The intro to it is absolutely insane as well. Jin Sakai, everybody.
Hey Leo, thanks for this vid! I've been wanting to buy this game for a good while now and since the Director's Cut released not long ago, and because my area is pretty heavily quarantined right now, I thought it would be a good time to jump in! I'm a junkie for stealth action adventure so this game looks like a great experience!
@@LeoKRogue Ok update. This game is goddamn AMAZING! I haven't even gotten past Act 1 since I'm simply having too much fun clearing out all the markers! The main story & side quest characters are super interesting and the "checklist" type gameplay that plagues recent Ubi games actually feels necessary and worthwhile considering the context of the story! And oh my god how beautiful is this game right? The stealth is challenging and rewarding, and so damn satisfying in the moment! Same goes for open combat, I LOVE how Sucker Punch did the 'Lethal' difficulty level; you hit hard, but so do your foes - a feature AC Brotherhood could have used (lol). Thank you for pointing me in the direction of this game.
I did not, since I basically sold my PS4 shortly after. I have a PS5 now though, and will be replaying the game soon. ^_^ Looking forward to talking about Ghost of Tsushima some more.
Can this game be played without HUD? Can one learn by heart the speed of detection so to still use it (white to yellow realistic lure is something one would surely like to dig if it's hyper realism bound). What is the difference between difficulties (more enemies? or more health pool - damage sponginess - I hate -? Or higher AI intelligence with flanking etc?) OMG!!! I love this thing of observing the opponents, this is just amazing design! (I see the first question could conflict with the freedom to use succesfully the bow.. unless one has the patience to learn that centering, or puts a sticker on screen LOL, or maybe the game has a quick optional switch to bow first person perspective when using the bow which makes the no HUD use much easier .. like I did with Far Cry Primal.. full no hud gameplay which is just amazing to achieve.. in fact one's arrows can't be always precise and this reinforces the realism feeling). I remember wanting to buy this game but being at full price and having a huge back log I never committed to get it. Thanks for these videos.. you dman! (this video is so easy to follow thanks from how you express yourself, I really find easy to do 2 things at the same time as watching the video consciously is not always easy with all the information that verbally come down on a new topic). (chain assassination reminds me AC Odyssey at least that's one of the things I remember in it, the only thing was that the weapons were glowing and other effects were forced and that ruined the feeling of the entire gameplay for me... where instead ancient greek could have been more respected). Ahahaha the smoke bomb that restores your health is so FUNNY feature! ahahahahahah, special incensus! I really find amazing the adaptability of the game offered by developers here: you can jump and then as in mid air you near a far away target assassinate or even throw a smoke bomb (let's say you don't reach it even after the whole parable of the jump.. so you can still assassinate later without detection.. .this is OUTSTANDING design, and done with simplicity and not damaging the realism and the entire flow... just fantastic!!) That shot at 9:47 ... how tense and epic, wow, now I understand after all I ve seen in this video why this game has been so acclaimed by several players who love quality.
@@LeoKRogue I checked but he seems still to use HUD maybe I haven't catched the full no HUD video ... anyway the thing is: do enemies hear arrows if you miss them? If they fly by them? And what they do if they hit wall or ground near them?
Im enjoying this game as well. I find it pretty hard to find Predator Hides. It seems like you have to stumble upon them. But im only in Act 1 still. Far Cry you would know which region to hunt for.
I assume AC and Batman Arkham veterans can just jump into this game and use their knowledge to be the most efficient in stealth. The aggressive combat with a fairly close camera might require a bit of time to master.
After 30ish hours of gameplay, I feel like I understand combat well enough to be confident now. It definitely takes a long time but it's super smooth once it clicks. And you can do a lot of creative and flashy stuff with it.
Oh and Leo! Should I use the stab move with stone stance as an assassination move to or Square assassination? Which one is faster so I can get away. Because i was thinking that square assassination is faster than triangle assassination because of slow down and multiple targets.
Square Assassination is ultimately faster and stealthier, I've never seen anyone using Stone Stance's charged heavy as a stealth kill. Just upgrade your Tanto and you'll be fine.
Plot twist: Yuna was an assassin, and she taughts Jin Sakai the ways of an assassin, because she needs to reunite with the brotherhood as fast as she cans.
Leo I was wondering if you’d have any recommendations for games similar to this one that give you that rogue fantasy that same feeling those early ac games gave us
Hey Leo I was thinking recently you could do this series where you let people send you unity or old ac games with parkour gameplay and you try and tell them what they did wrong and coach them and post it so other people can like Learn for some reason it's entertaing , there's a RUclipsr that does this but instead it's overwatch. I will copy a link in the replies if you want to see it
This could be a cool thing I might want to do in the future, definitely something to think about when content dries up from the upcoming games releasing over the next few weeks.
Indeed. Though, Ghost of Tsushima is about falling as a Samurai and rising as a shadow, becoming a rogue because it's necessary, even though it corrupts you.
@@LeoKRogue i recently found out about your channel and i like how you reply to comments on videos that were made 2 yrs ago.btw What do you think of far cry stealth
The thing is though, the enemies dont even notice you when you kill their friends in front of them. And i think they also dont care about dead bodies, atleast this is what i heard from my friend
In my experience on Hard wearing only Traveler's Robes, that is false. It depends on Distance and whether they're already looking at you. Things you hear second-hand are, of course, not going to be as useful as personal experience but there are moments where, if you play well, you can sneak in a kill and quickly leave before you're exposed. It gets harder to do in the mid and lategame.
Lv1 assassinations are slow but definitely NOT clumsy. If Jin was clumsy, he’d botch the kills just like he did with the first guard he took out quietly. I actually like the lv1 tanto kills. The animations are brutal, satisfying and not boring like the lv3 ones. I can always develop a different play style and keep the tanto the way it is.
Oh, it doesn't mean they're bad at all, just that they're clearly less masterful and confident than his upgraded ones. LV2 is probably the sweet spot for me, personally. Some of the PS5/Director's Cut unique LV3s that get added are also very sick.
Hey leo, im new to ghost of t, i was wandering how is the chain assassination unlocked? is it when u progress thriugh the main story or is it something u need to unlock?
It should be a mix of both if I remember. Definitely do everything you can early on to upgrade Jin as much as possible since he has a lot of really helpful skills.
The most troubling choice I have when it comes to upgrading my stealth is the Tanto. Level 1 animation is bloody and brutal, Level 2 is basically John Wick, and Level 3 is quick and clean, but boring. I prefer Level 2 for the sake of style over speed, but my OCD is killing me here to see that Tanto just one level away from completing the bar, lol.
I believe they added a few new animations to Level 3 to make it a little more varied, which I appreciate. I think you should just go ahead and finish your tanto. :P It'll be fine.
@@LeoKRogue No, I already did it years ago. Probably should’ve written my comment in past tense. From what I saw, Level 3 focuses on practicality, hitting the fetal points to quickly eliminate your enemy. There’s no style or flair unlike in Level 2 animations. I hope someone make a mod that replace the Level 3 animation with Level 2, at least so that people who want to 100% the game can go back to that animation if they want to. You should check out some videos that show the differences between Level 2 and Level 3.
I've seen them, I stayed on Level 2 for a really long time. I _like_ that the animations are a little more creative and still show Jin struggling a little, but the thing is, I've actually always loved the L3 anims because of what they mean. I don't need it to be super cool looking, I kind of love that it's so clean, fast, and 'boring.' To me, that's what's truly awesome-feeling, that he's so skilled and so good at what he does he simply delivers swift death, without fanfare or embellishment. I empathize with players who wish they could go back to LV2, so that's why I hope a mod does come around that makes reverting possible, it's just never been something I personally get caught up like other people do, because I think the LV3 ones are actually sick, especially after Director's Cut added a few new ones to that tier.
In a way, yes. Hard makes being caught by them genuinely punishing, because they are very aggressive in combat, so it makes stealth meaningful by virtue of not wanting to fail it. It doesn't actually change their detection AI. The way it is, is actually just fine. It's predictable and manipulable, which is exactly what guards need to be in a high-quality stealth game. Allows for planning, strategy and intentionality, as per Mark Brown (Game Maker's Toolkit).
Leo K [Rogue] okay thanks for the info, I’m considering picking up the game and I was wondering if the stealth was up to par, I like a challenge so I’m probably gonna be on hard mode.
@@LeoKRogue Ubisoft now has serious competition and needs to make a tough call: To fight hard for their core audience and compete with Sucker Punch or double down on the RPG aspect and compete with CD Project Red (which would be a fool's errand, to be honest).
@@LeoKRogue same. At this point, the only thing still unique to AC identity, ironically, is the Sci-Fi lore with its Modern Day, the only thing they shied away from after AC3. Now their success depends on it. If they focus on their overarching narrative to hook us in like we were hooked during AC1 - AC3, they'll recover. Original and unique story threads can't get stale, unlike secondary gameplay mechanics. And exciting historical settings can end. So, they either tap into their best selves and unleash the full AC potential or perish in the oblivion of mediocrity.
It's a shame the highest tanto upgrade has the same three boring kill animations. I wish we could toggle level 2 animations or something. The three basic kill animations instantly is cool but as someone who does every single part of the game using stealth any chance I get. It really gets old. Very old.
Yeah, I get that, since I play the same way. It's a very common complaint so I imagine it's been taken into account if Sucker Punch does anything else with this universe.
When I was doing Kuta Farmstead I hid in the grass and headshot people with my bow, then more people would come and I would shoot them in the head with my bow, I did this until the base was completed.j
Hey man. How does this game compare to AC unity? (Ignoring it’s technical problems ofc). I wanna get GoT, but am holding off on it coz I think its just another Witcher 3 clone with more flair...
In many ways, this game feels like a spiritual successor to Unity, I've mentioned a few times that it gives me a "Unity 2" vibe. Combat is similarly animation-heavy (but much faster), it has a very, very similar stealth system, and while movement is very simple, it still has more in common with inFAMOUS and Assassin's Creed than anything else. I would say I love this game a lot more than Unity in almost every way, as a total experience. The only thing I could point to as being similar to Witcher III would be the writing tendencies of some of the side quests. Other than that, they really have nothing to do with each other. Namely, Ghost of Tsushima is not an RPG. It has progression but you can take it or leave it, and you will never be stat-checked on anything important to a stealth player. All Interactions are essentially Binary, it either Works or it Doesn't, there's no need to calculate risk in your head. For example, you can only Critical Strike the Mongol Leaders in the early game, and there is no way you can randomly or luckily get an attack strong enough to instant kill them. HOWEVER, once you GET the Slaughter mechanic, you will ALWAYS instant-kill them from stealth no matter what. Similarly, anyone you sneak up on can be Assassinated, every single time. It's these decisions in how the game handles its gameplay that make me love it so much. There are no Odds and no Chances in terms of this stuff, it either happens, and it will _always_ happen, or it doesn't, and it will _never_ happen. The effect this has is keeping things very simple and readable in the player's head. It's predictable so you can build strategies that are consistently effective. It also means you're not really punished for anything. I finished my Hard playthrough wearing just whatever I thought looked cool and I was fine. If you enjoy Unity, you will probably really like this game.
"First we need to talk about our old friend"

Every review of this game said the stealth was trash but I find it so satisfying, it has a lot of possibilities while being quite simple.
You can't no-kill most of the missions in the game, but there are several which let you just ghost through them.
i was afraid that the stealth would be janky and it would focus more on combat.but, after this video, a saw that the stealth is pretty deep and i'm really willing on grabbbing the game up whenever i get the chance

You're very welcome. :) I hope you enjoy it.
A double upload then a stealth fundamentals video in the same week?! You are spoiling us with content
Ghost of Tsushima is spoiling me with being a good game.

"You can also choose to run away"
Did you sound just a little disappointed saying that or am I imagining things? 😛
I definitely sounded a little disappointed, I'm glad you picked that up haha
« Watch their feet when they are trying to fake » thanks a lot 🙌🏾 you help my upcoming stand offs
You're welcome. ^__^
Thx dude.
You're welcome! Thanks for actually taking a look at it.
@@LeoKRogue Sure, no problem. Gotta say, this is prolly your second best guide after the big Unity one. Loved those photomode shots in between.
Yeah! Should work across difficulties.
I wasn’t liking the game as much but after watching this I’m enjoying it a lot more. I also pushed my difficulty up to hard and that’s made it a lot more fun
Nice! Yeah, if you can handle hard and can stance-switch appropriately I definitely recommend playing on it.
Yeah, more in depth stuff like that will be covered later, this is an introduction, not comprehensive.
Yeah! All of the above haha, nothing more to add.
Started the game yesterday and it is amazing. Thank you for the information!!!
You're very welcome! What other kinds of topics would you be interested to know about this game and its mechanics?
Love that you're covering this!!!
Thanks! I still have so much to learn and so much I've not yet experienced.

Perfect video. Was just looking for this because I am kind of bad at stealth.
Hope it helps. :)
I don‘t know if you know it But there are as far i know three unseful Charms for stealth...One is that you can assassinate Enemy’s when hide in high gras and the other enemy’s won‘t see you even you are close to them...The next is that your wind chime is filled with poisen..That means if the enemy picks it up he will instantly dye because of the poisen...The third thing I didn’t unlock myself but it sounds interesting....When you hit your enemy’s the arrow hit silent there target...that sounds interesting for me...Happy to see for GoT content....Keep it up
I just unlocked all three of them, yeah! Excited to see what can be done with those.
Awesome vid man! Love your content, so much. Keep doing this!. Greetings from Argentina!
Thank you! We'll keep it up, it's been tough enjoying the game normally while trying to make stuff for it at the same time.

It definitely does suck. Recommend it to more people. :P
Greatest game ever, I already pre-ordered the dlc the other day.
It's so amazing, I'm really looking forward to it.
Hey leo, this was really useful. Keep up your good work!
Thank you kindly, Dwayne. I look forward to making all kinds of stuff on this lovely game.
So do wind chimes and firecrackers (auditory lures) actually attract guards even if there's no line of sight?
*cough*ac-unity-cherry-bombs*cough*
Yes they do! It even shows you if they will. :D
@@LeoKRogue I never thought I would be sad about being a pc gamer 😭
how cherry bombs work in ACU it kind of makes sense to me. cherry bombs they are a pretty contained explosion and something kids used to have fun.
I got a charm that made my wind chimes poisonous and they were so OP
Yess, that charm kicks so much ass. ^__^
Great video, looking forward to the next one.
Thanks so much Kyle. ^___^
@@LeoKRogue Any idea when the next stealth tips video will drop?
Middle of next week if we all get really lucky and my depression lets me breathe a little haha
The fact that I was more excited for this game, than Valhalla even tho I can't play GOS, just speaks about how low my expectations are for AC at this point
That is seriously a damning indictment of Assassin's Creed presently. In my heart of hearts I hope Valhalla does something incredible.
Can't wait for a vid on later game tactics so I can rave about some of the cool shit like (redacted) and (redacted)

That's awesome, I'm glad you're trying it out. :D

@@LeoKRogue At least until it comes to PC, or I put my pirating skills to good use. 😉
i get vibes from literally all stealth in an assassin's creed game in one
It's quite striking, isn't it?
Can this game be played without HUD? Can one learn by heart the speed of detection so to still use it (white to yellow realistic lure is something one would surely like to dig if it's hyper realism bound). What is the difference between difficulties (more enemies? or more health pool - damage sponginess - I hate -? Or higher AI intelligence with flanking etc?)
OMG!!!
I really find amazing the adaptability of the game offered by developers here: you can jump and then as in mid air you near a far away target assassinate or even throw a smoke bomb (let's say you don't reach it even after the whole parable of the jump.. so you can still assassinate later without detection.. .this is OUTSTANDING design, and done with simplicity and not damaging the realism and the entire flow... just fantastic!!)
That shot at 9:47 ... how tense and epic, wow, now I understand after all I ve seen in this video why this game has been so acclaimed by several players who love quality.
It can be, watch SSJ Lang's videos of Ghost of Tsushima for some good gameplay.
@@LeoKRogue Thank you!
@@LeoKRogue I checked but he seems still to use HUD maybe I haven't catched the full no HUD video ... anyway the thing is: do enemies hear arrows if you miss them? If they fly by them? And what they do if they hit wall or ground near them?

Very smart.

Now you can stealth kill 4, with the kunai charm.
That sounds pretty sick. I haven't played Iki Island or the Director's Cut yet. Looking forward to it.
Im enjoying this game as well. I find it pretty hard to find Predator Hides. It seems like you have to stumble upon them. But im only in Act 1 still. Far Cry you would know which region to hunt for.
Yeah, it's mostly a matter of getting lucky, you can't really go hunting for them deliberately.
Jin, or as I like to call him. Altair 2.0.
Game looks awesome, a proper amount of stealth in rpg game.
Too bad I don't have a console
We're all really hoping it gets ported to PC soon.
Tall grass was the downfall of the Mongols.
Should've brought a lawn-mower and started chopping that stuff down.
This game is more Assassin's Creed than actual Assassin's Creed
It is! It's great.
I could see it! :P
Can we AC fans just all collectively headcanon that someone is reliving Jin's memories in an Animus?
I'm okay with this. :D

It was quite the trial to endure.
Nice one
Thanks. :)

@@LeoKRogue is the chain assasination part of the ghost stance/technique
I really hope this game gets a PC release
Me too. Everyone deserves to play it.
I heard some complaints about the a.i being really dumb. Is that remedied by playing on hard?
Why does this sound and look more like Assassin’s Creed more than Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s new release for Assassin’s Creed as a whole?
Because the game was marketed as a stealth game, when Valhalla was not.
Sucker Punch knew exactly which audience they were poaching. >;]

@@LeoKRogue OH ok thanks. :-)
@@LeoKRogue
Well, off i go to get it then 😁
