Nice vid :) Hope u don't burn too many holes in Mums nice lace table cloth. I think ur soldering iron could use a clean too, doesn't seem to solder too well.

You could easily have it manufactured by JLCPCB for $2 for 10 pcbs. You just wasted money and chemicals on this...

Hello friend I want ask something, 1) U don't use any Regulator on Arduino isn't this dangerous(So maybe your Adapter won't send 5V )
2) And you didn't put AREF, SDA, SCL aren't they necessary
Hi Cebrail, for the first question, you’ll probably want to use a regulated power supply, however, the ATmega328 chip supports a voltage range from 1.8 to 5.5 volts, so I believe you’ll be good to go with any 5v adapter.
For the second question, pins like SDA & SCL are indeed analog pins A4 & A5 respectively, so please refer to the ATmega328 pinout diagram.

Can we burn the microcontroller frist in the Arduino uno board itself and then use the same microcontroller for the following PCB will it work?

I like ur Arduino Clon, but, the proble that I found with ur model, is that will work only with a 5v power supply; but, well, that's the price to be under the buget I guess.

How to print schematic on paper? is it sufficient to have inkjet or do we need to print it through laser printer?
It requires a laser printer, inkjet printer would probably not work. But you can give it a try and tell me how it went. :-)

This doesn't have a serial to usb IC. It can't communicate using Serial.print command, can it?

Unfortunately, normal paper won't work. You will need either photo glossy paper or transparent paper.

The input is a regulated 5v DC power source.

Dear sir, there are several ways to program Atmega328p chip. The method I used was programming it using USB-to-TTL.

Yes sir, as long as it's a thermal transfer paper or a photo glossy paper.

There is no on-board reset switch in this design, however, you can implement an external reset switch.

There is no safety as Arduino as no regulator IC or icsp ka pins and Arduino board consist of surface mount chip there is nothing like this in this
Thank you for your comment. Well, here I'm supplying a regulated 5V power to the board. Not all Arduino boards have surface mount chip; the Arduino Uno, for example, has a dip package chip. Where is voltage regulator
The voltage supplied to this board design is driven from a regulated 5v power source. So I didn't need a regulator.
