Oh nice! I use ScreenFlow on Mac. But, Scratch paid for my copy of it (it costs about $130 if I remember correctly) and it's Mac only, so if ScreenFlow is not the best for you, I recommend screen recording using Bandicam, and video editing with OpenShot video editor - they are both free!
