I’m definitely doing this!! My husband and I are going in August for our wedding anniversary! First time trip for both of us! It’s super helpful and can’t wait to start mine!
I do the same thing. Although, you have given me some tips to really up my vacation/roadtrip binder. I have a section in the back with travel games and ideas printed off from pinterest. I put them in plastic sleeves and have a pouch with any items needed for the games. With this, electronic devices are saved for emergency boredom and are actually never missed. My family teases me about my binder, but it saves so much trouble and is always fun. :)
I've never done a binder (I only WISH I was that organized!), but I have made a calendar that I taped to the mirror in our room. It's certainly gotten so much easier for me to keep up with myself with My Disney Experience on my phone!
I have always done a Disney Travel Binder since 2007 (aunt no children) and you included all of the key info/planning. Some additional info I include; characters to meet, Disney Bounding or what ears to wear, list of pics to take, and a wish list for shopping. I agree a lot of info is now also stored on my Memo app, I hope these tips are helpful. I also travel with the children I nanny for and I make a travel binder for their trip, but I carry it ((with copies of key information))

I love this! I started my binder as soon as we booked. Its my first time going to Disney, and of course, I wanted everything to be perfect! I felt like a child seeing your printouts from WDW Prep School. I immediately went over to sign up LOL. Its also awesome that you fly from Love Field too :) Love your binder & video. When did you guys book your trip/when does January booking open up? I think your vlogs popped up bc we are doing the same time frame and same hotel so your vlogs were perfect to confirm when and where to stay. Thanks for any info you can give me its my first disney trip. I just subscribed to you last night.

Usually the next year's dates become available for booking in May or June if I'm remembering correctly!
