    I have a question! How can i modeling switching time delays and trasition time in the model of transistor? Is it relate with capacitance if yes how i can relate with them? Thanks

      Thanks. It relates with the capacitance and always they provide some relevent switching times in the datasheet based on experimental tests.However, I am not aware of its exact model. You might search for some application notes which dig in these details
