I have a similar model. My head came apart and I couldn’t get the two blades back in. I had no idea that the outer casing came off. Wasn’t easy but I got it off. I put it all back together. I don’t have the two small clips yours has, it’s back together and I can use it again. Very clear and well made. Thanks!

Although not exactly my model, (I don't have the little wing-like clips on the sides) your video was a lifesaver allowing me do reassemble my shaver head after it mysteriously fell apart in my hands into 5 pieces. Thanks.

Thanks for this. I have a different model, but it gave me what I needed to disassemble the head and give it a good clean. On my model, the outer casing doesn’t come off so easily, but managed to work out how to release it.

The amber light is on for my 320 s-4 (to replace the foil and cutter cassettes), but the foil and cutter cassette seems ok and won't hurt when I shave, how do I know when to replace it? is it when it's hurting me or you can see visible damage in the foil and cutter cassette? also is that 7 dollar ebay foil and cutter cassette from china any good.
Are the little triangular bits which fell out at about 3.20 part of the cutter/foil unit, or part of the base unit ? I have lost one of mine and I need to know whether you get new ones included with a new cutter/foil unit.

whats the use of that thing pop up from behind ?
You can use it for trimming your sideburns or the spot under your nose. I also use it to trim long hair/beard since the razor foil sometimes miss the long hair
