After your last video you inspired me and this was what I was trying to do (unsuccessfully). I was trying to look up the latest sell price of each stock I had sold. This will work perfectly. Excellent teaching and content as always. Thank you!

This is probably what I need to pull the LAST response from a given student when I have them fill out their weekly reflection in a form. I did it another way but I like this way better. I could see using this a lot when dealing with duplicate rows and wanting to get the most recent data.

Insted of doing whatever thing you did chosing the index, its enough just to wirte in the index =INDEX(FILTER, CONTARA(FILTER)) and that's it

Thanks for the video. Your channel has been super helpful.
I’m trying to pull the names up of all the employees along with which department they’re part of in a join function. I’m using the filter function to get all the people of a given company. I’m trying to get a result like this to be all in one cell...
“Mike [Advertising], Becky [Advertising], Phillip [Advertising].”
But I’m getting a result like...
“Mike Becky Phillip, Advertising Advertising Adverising”
I’m using a combination of the join and filter functions because I want every person name and department in the same cell. I was wondering how would you go about this and adding “ [ ]” signs to make it easier to read when someone is reading it.
    Thanks!

You'll have to combine your columns and squre brackets with "&" and then do JOIN to comma separate the results.
