If you think this is insane, wait for the machete ceiling fan.
I find the flamethrower one to be my favorite
@@ameerkhan3257 Asscleaner preassure washer is one of my nr1 fav ideas
@@Razzlion I'm honestly quite partial to his drone darts
Nothing beats the classic hammernailgun for me
I think the mad scientists of youtube is one of my favorite creator types.
So you're telling me that this guy is basically what happens when you give the R&D guy an engineering position?
coming from and R&D chemist, you would be correct
Basically
Well this is literally how humanity has been figuring shit out.
Please watch more of his videos, they're hilarious
I second this…
the 60fps joke never fails to make me laugh
I feel like 'I did a Thing' is basically how Orks invent things in 40K.
He is an Aussie, so he is halfway there already.
So glad you found his channel. Have you reacted to Michael Reeves on this channel? He and Michael are like the Australian/American versions of each other- two guys that know how to invent wild things and it's often chaotic. Michael does more engineering behind a computer and IDAT is more tool-use in the garage. Yes, they have met (they were on a podcast and he was in Micheal's video where he made a fighting robot).
You've got Hacksmith that does futuristic engineering, StyroPyro that does experimental engineering.
Then you got I Did a Thing that does engineering that shorten his future in experimental ways
I Did A Thing is the foremost expert in Australian crackhead engineering.
If you like other creators who can make wild or chaotic inventions - Michael Reeves and Mark Rober. Michael Reeve's inventions are just pure chaos (and for some reason often involves a taser) for everyone else, IDAT inventions is mostly chaotic onto himself (unless there are other people in the room), and you don't have to worry about Rober unless you're a thief.
Also, don't forget Alex is often bare-footed lol.
"Something's rising but it ain't the Shield Hero". 8:30
Ho boi, this will be a ride
I honestly think this is one of those channels where you should start from the first vid. Since there's ...lore?...
I love watching Orkish Engineering at work
You must watch more of this guy. He is the BEST!❤ love to come here and chill❤❤ Love from Norway❤❤❤
Oh hell yea, I love watching people watch IDAT for the first time.
Honestly given the laws we have in Australia I am not sure why the police are not at his door daily. So far they have only rocked up because of one of his videos.
For those not in the loop even a kids slingshot is classified weapon here.
gotta watch the 50 cal hammer 😂😂😂
oh man, there's a lot of great insanity on his channel. can't wait for you to watch more of it.
mhm, you've stepped into mad scientists/blacksmith territory, please watch more of this😂
Glad you found another creator you Enjoy XD
I can't wait for this guy to get a cameo in LiveLeak
PLEASE watch more of gis content. He is funny as heck, editing is ON point, and as a fellow engineer, you would definitely find this interesting
Dude is australian... it tells you everything you need to know.
Australian of Russian descent.
So, insane and hard to kill in two separate but complementary ways.
Found ur channel, 2 mins in and I'm kinda wanna watch more, I did a thing is magnificent
Edit: like that you didn't skip any of it (the ad I mean)
Then there's the horror of his Beyblade
I’ll be completely honest but wearing gloves while using a lathe is one way to loose a hand/wrist/arm/life, best safety practice advice you’ll get, never stick appendages near fast moving/spinning heavy metal objects.
23:22 I like how he doesn't even care that his DSLR camera was directly in line of sight of the shot lol
man, he would love stuff made here if he doesnt know about it
This should be a series…
Please more i did a thing reactions.
I did a thing has so many videos that are INSANE
When he split the ball, half went in the hole and the other half went off the table. Does that count as one Scratch or two?
IDAT used to be a worker in myth busters
5:40 it’s actually a good thing he doesn’t wear gloves, cus they tend to get caught and pull you into the spinning parts, same goes for chains and rings (degloving, don’t look it up, it’s not fun, well unless you find pealed fingers fun) or really any kind of accessories
Today he put ballista on his car.
i like the comment that says at least he's not nude and it shows up right after he goes nude 6:39
No, styropyro is maximum chaos. Cannot even be compared with.
Edit: I’m not just being sensational. The dude made a 5 kW RF death flame machine that vaporizes tungsten with vacuum tubes. Also the car battery thing was pretty wild.
he can do this but you need a licence to own a bb gun in Australia
5:40 Rule nr1 when working with spinning tools like a Lave.
NEVER. WEAR. GLOVES.
anything that could get cought up in the machine like loose long sleeves or long open hair.
@@TheTim That as well yeah.
Never knew you never watched this Australian of Insanity Creations
I can't believe he did a thing.
yes more
hes also ripped for some reason aswell
Osha loves this guy
You need to watch his other stuff its gold tier
Oh man, if you think that’s bad wait till you see what he does on top of his lathe lmao.
He also made a hot tub for birds
my paleolithic ancestors throwing spears watching this throwable boomstick: "UNGA BUNGA MOTHERFUCKER"
i swear this man has real life plot armor and takes full advantage of it to make content.
Drill-man? Nah, The Lathe Lad
Hi chill guy, great reaction, but I was wondering, when your next session of mellowing out and watching some honkai- genshin stuff?)
Brother you need to watch all his videos
10:01 he has a wife and a child, he is the dad.
this is a villain arc, also tell me this isnt the most american version of pool you have ever seen
1:27 or give him a kith 😳
Us Australians are something else
this happens when you study online with youtube
I was here :)
He is the sanest Aussie
2:25 Well, if you've heard of Weaponized Autism before...That would describe ididathing's channel pretty good.
He and his mate also have a chanel with political content called "boy boy"
"Where's the math?"
I don't think he does math, but I'm almost certain he does meth.
Nail hammer next
Roomba chainsaw
Gloves could rip your fingers off if you Work on drilling Mashienes. So never ever wear tham if you work on turning things.
React to his tampon gun haha
He doesnt have parentsat home, he has a wife and kids
Also check Stuff Made Here
pls hammer gun thing by i did a thing
moste bilelders ; we will do this as safe as posabul
i did a thing; SAFTEY IS FOR THE WEAK
You don't wanna be wearing gloves while working with these kinds of tools because it can get caught in the machine and pull you into it
5:35. Actually this is very important. You should NEVER wear gloves when working on a lathe! If that glove gets caught in the machine your hand is going with it.
he pretty much created a way worse version of the glovegun from inglorious basterds
Australian cryptid
xD
gloves are unsafe to use with a lathe
way to steal someones videos for views, but to quote ice t "dont hate the player hate the game" if people are willing to watch then its on them more than the creator.
You liked your own comment that's pretty funny and if you didn't give it another like
@@corybrown1450 i didnt
