Brother, exact problem. God sent video for me. It was a small cat food pellet that got stuck in one of the blades in the suction motor turbine. Removed it and it works fine now, Normal sound. Mine is a T9 AIVI model. Thank you for sharing this video
Actually In Ozmo U2 pro model is designed like this...water flow is bit higher in this model... sometimes water tank leak that also possible...if leak then U need to replace water tank or contact with seller

If without Ozmo tank deebot can move forward but after attach tank start reverse then carpet sensor need to replace...front besides the charging connector in round shap small white colour sensor call carpet sensor
If just only cap removed from side brush then can glue back... video available..but if the side brush lock pin broken then side brush motor assembly need to replace... because saperate that part not available
