Informative and useful video. Its a shame Rons site closed, but its really the responsibility of the manufacturer to provide the firmware for their customers. I will be paying much closer attention (support website etc) to the cameras i want to buy in the future. ...learnt my lesson.

This is a really well produced Tutorial Video, and enjoyable at the same time, Irfan Iqbal and well done to you Sir. My one comment is that the camera must ALWAYS have a camera RESET carried out on it, using the camera menu, after any firmware update. has been carried out on it. Thanks

I had the white screen issue and followed your tutorial now my camera won't do anything at all! It doesn't turn on. I already tried charging it for a few hours and tried a total of 3 different batteries.
How do I fix it? My camera doesn't do anything right now. I hoped your tutorial fixed it but now my camera doesn't do anything at all. I can only see a blue light when I charge it but that's it.

I'm really sad right now I hoped your tutorial fixed it but it only made it worse. It doesn't even turn on anymore and when I plug it into the usb on my computer nothing happens only a blue charging light. How do I fix it so my camera turns at least on again?
can anyone help me my videos are coming out great but with one problem. Every video has issues with motion i use this camera as a dash cam for my truck, so to help you understand whats going on when ever Im in motions the recorded video skips and lags as its having issues with image stabilization someone please help

The Eken H9 Bricked website no longer exists.

in mine, when I get halfway through the process, I get this message "image file is not situable"

use a converter application such as Avidemux for computer or any MOV-MP4 converter app for smartphone/tablet
can't connect camera wifi withmy android mobile ....it does show in the list it connects camera but when i click to get preiview from camera it says no connection turn on camera wifi

hi, i have a problem with eken h9. wifi.
when it records first 10 minutes, it does not continue..video corrupt also i opened looping..Do u know this problem?
First, check you memory card. It has to be class 10 to store the videos properly. there should be a logo with number 10 and a circle around it. And also the card has to be formatted before using with the camera. If there are other files on the camera, it will record corrupted video. The same thing happened to me as well. Hope this helps.

This video is an advertisement for that website. you have to donate either way to get the file. The file can be found on google for free.
When I made this video, this was the only source available for that app. And I had to give credit to the owner since he has helped me too to fix camera. The one you have for ‘free’ on google is most probably his stolen file and reuploaded by someone for those who want everything for free.
