I believe I understand anti-Semitism which is a very complex movement. I see it as a Jew, but without hatred or fear. I recognize what is anti-Semitism is rude jesting, vulgar jealousy of métier, hereditary prejudice; but also what can be considered as in fact legitimate defence.

I'm _absolutely sure_ that they would _NOT_ all agree that antizionism is antisemitism. Not every Jewish person is an extremist. The Jewish man in this video is an excellent example of that fact.
I think what people fail to understand when making anti Zionism arguments that don’t have hateful connotations is that the entire spiritual aspect of Judaism revolves around Israel, which does not excuse the fucked up things that go on there or in any theocratic culture, but it is a land based folk ethnoreligion that revolves around that lands history, so I think the mistake people make is not understanding that it wasn’t just ploppped in some random place and that an observing Jew is going to still have specific sentiments on it the same as a Native American tribe might on a certain region

No it is not. It is a de-colonial state. It is the reconstitution of the inidigenous people of Judea in the territory that had originally been theirs but which was colonized by successive empires ending with the Ottoman empire. That is the actual history, recognized by the League of Nations post WWI.

I see, so don't criticize the state of Israel for its human rights violations and apartheid state because of what happened to the Jews in the past. What a load of BS. Fear mongering, straw man arguments, etc. What a joke.
Israel is a very diverse county. There are people from all walks of life who live there. A visitor recently stated that it is one of the brownest countries he has ever visited. He meant that in a positive way. He had visited all of the surrounding Muslim countries. But I know the haters love to throw around words like "apartheid." Often those same people so not understand the true meaning of the words like apartheid.

In fact, an Israeli law passed in 2018 established Israel as the "nation state of the Jewish people". If you're truly interested in understanding the world in which you live, perhaps you should do a little research into what apartheid means and how the laws of Israel actually work. Good luck!

I'm not sure about the terms here. If Zionism simply means the Jews having their own country of Israel, that seems uncontroversial amongst civilized people. If Zionism means they can keep trying to expand Israel through settlements, that seems much more controversial. If Zionism means not criticizing the Israel government at all, that seems absurd.
Zionism means the belief that the Jews should have a State of Israel in their national homeland.

You were right with the first definition. The later definitions are what anti-zionists attempt to spin zionism into because they can't accept the persistent violent nature of the arabs the jews have to defend themselves against.
The original meaning was simply that the Jews have their own homeland. The definition has expanded over the years by anti-Semites who rationalize that they do not dislike Jews. They only dislike Zionists. However, as a people, we never intended the definition to extend beyond its original meaning. It would be absurd if the definition encompassed not being able to criticize Israel. Israel has its own newspapers that criticize the country on a regular basis. I live in the US. People who live here criticize the US all of the time. But that does not mean we do not respect our country. However, if someone states that they are criticizing Israel, but their comments are really directed at Jews, then IMO, that would be anti-Semitic. I have heard people repeat that phrase over and over again in a knee jerk manner. Yet, they often the people who regularly and comfortable repeat that phrase, either do not voice or do not have legitimate criticisms of Israel.
If demonizing Israel by equating it to Nazi Germany, Apartheid, genocide, racist etc is only criticism then Nazism only criticised Jews.

@@joaquinczikk2649 Of course most Muslim majority countries (except Albania) support Palestine as they share the same faith, I would expect most jewish people to support isreal for the same respected reason. However Chile, Colombia and portugual are definitely not Muslim countries but still vote against isreal and many more countries in the future will also do the same as the time of ignorance against ethnic cleansing and aparthied are over.

I feel the same way about a Jewish State as I feel about a Muslim State, a Hindu State or a Christian State. I am not for any of them in a pluralistic world. That doesn't mean I don't value each and every person in any of these societies. I found this speech contemptible.

If you don't understand the specific context of the necessity of a Jewish homeland after 2WW, it doesn't matter, makes no difference to Israel. Jewish isn't just a relgion so the other examples are completely irrelevant especially when Israel is a pluralistic nation, 20% Arab Israeli, Druze, Bahais, etc. With rights and protections that minorities in the Muslim countries of the region do not have

They have a state it's Jordan, which was created from the Palestinian Mandate. Gaza was part of Egypt. The Palestinians never demanded a state between 47-67. They refused all prior partition plans, (as with India's partition). They just want the destruction of the only Jewish state because they're Islamists and their Arab honour shame culture. They prefer perpetual war than a better future for their children.
The Palestinian identity is a political construct as Zohair Mohsen senior PLO admitted in 1977. And they've always been proxies for other states.
The problem is now millions identify with this. Had Israel never existed there wouldn't be Palestinians, just people absorbed into Jordan, Syria, Egypt.
The world's largest global welfare fund for terror and hate needs to stop. De radicalisation for generations is necessary.
