the first 2 points in the tree alot of people should be taking is actually promised devotions. the reason for this is because ritual alters cant show rewards that the player cant afford to defer in the first place. so unless players are doing t15s and juicing a little to make sure they have enough mobs to get enough tribute, they have to work a bit harder to ensure they're hitting the tribute breakpoint. getting points in promised devotion just lowers that breakpoint significantly.

you can farm this without those points and its just less efficient. you gotta work up to it, but people have an issue with working when it comes to poe and want instant gratification, go play d4 or d3, thats more up to ur speed.

Problem imo with Ritual is the fragments cost are high and rare. So how are people going to get the atlas points of Ritual? As well, you need to hit a rare omen or king of the mist. So people are doing breaches, maybe slow but steady.
EXACTLY. People that praise Ritual already have their atlas points. I have 2 chars 93 and have done 100+ rituals by now and not a single Audience with the King or even anything decent beside Exalts. I'm not willing to pay 26 divs (4 x 6.5div) to get all Ritual passives. Makes absolutely no sense to do Ritual while Breach or even Expedition doesn't require such high investment. Ritual is profitable IF you have at least 2 passives and that's a huge IF for most players. Invest a couple divs in Logbooks and you will get a couple bosses for passives. Sell all the artifacts and coins. That will give you a ton more currency for your 2 divs than 13+ divs of minimum investment for Ritual. If you have a fast char, Breach is way better. That's why people say Ritual sucks.
@@joaquinrodriguez6582 13 div is a hard sell for most people, not to mention that you can fail the fight. If your character is not tanky enough or you suck at mechanics, you can fail it. Sure you can always buy a carry, but that will increase your investment. While other mechanics don't have such a high price of entry. It's all about opportunity cost. Will other mechanics give you more for your 13+ div? Yup. Hell, you can fully gear a stormweaver sorc with some rarity and do breaches. That will get you a lot more currency than Ritual.
@@BZDevile Yes but ritual was my first strat. aka I did not have the income from ritual prior to running ritual. See what I mean? I agree the gate to actually being part of ritual is too high for your average player though. I think there is a better solution to getting your first few points.
Thanks for the tip Snugs, I invested 13 divs for two attempts. Failed one was worried about mechanics too much, killed him the 2nd and 3rd time very easily. Made my money back from the entry tokens because I found Ingenuity belt on both kills :)

I'd like to but I'm a little sketched out with the +1 difficulty of the boss fight, I think maybe getting more ES specifically for the fight might be good but at the same time I'd like to start farming ritual. Do you think He Approaches alone right now could be enough to see even half of what you're earning per day?

The first two points are huge. It is definitely enough to get going but ramping up your pay scale to get the last ones. You could definitely take a break and farm up some more and go for the last fights later.

Hello, does your Atlas strategy increase the drop rate of Ritual Tablets? I rarely get any, and currently, Ritual Tablets are very expensive in the market
Unfortunately, Ritual tablets are difficult to sustain. I have opted in for complete tablet nodes on the atlas tree lately to try and combat this. However no matter what, you will have to invest in them :(
If you are talking about deli, I don't bother because its so buggy and just feels bad IMO. If you are talking about pre tablets, I just find the other mods to be more valuable.

You kill the king of the mists by using an audience of the king. Then rinse and repeat 4x. That is actually the #1 problem with the strategy. The price of entry is pretty high.
I had the audience with the king show up and didnt have enough so I deferred it, came up on my next run still didnt have enough so I deferred it again, havent seen it show up in 3 more runs is it just bad RNG or can it not show up twice?
How many ritual maps on average would you say to get Audience with having all the atlas passives? I’ve probably ran 40-50 ritual maps without a single Audience showing up.
You really get 5-7 audiences in 10 hours consistently? So 40div whitout even counting omens? If thats true, ritual is just way better than breach. Also, do you think putting delirium on maps can be a viable strategy to farm even more, doing dual content every map?
@@nathanfraga7538 did 5 last night so on the lower end but yes. You could put delirium on map I personally chose not to. The reason I don’t is because I find it makes the game feel clunky in the current state of delirium. So it’s literally just a feel thing why I don’t use delirium
My man, help me out with something: Let's say 4 items drop: all rares, 1 advanced, 1 expert, 1 advanced with tier2, 1 expert with tier 2. Should I just pick up the expert tier 2, should I pick up all the items that are tier x? should I never pick up rare advanced items ?
This all depends on how far into the end game you are. If you are focusing on 10+ex minimum trades for the most part like I am. I only pick up certain bases at tier4+. Because of ingenuity I pick up almost all rare jewelry. Its maybe the most valuable slot right now. Looking for tri res belts are still valuable. I pick up almost all rare belts. The easiest way to help with this is a really good filter. for that I will refer you to the youtube channel "zeeboub". He has a filter public that is the best I have played with so far. Check out his loot filter video. go to his discord and download that filter. That should help.

Well, being faster/powerful and more efficient aka the chase for power is the whole point of an arpg right? Traded for my temporalis before the whole debacle going on. So traded for it at 170 divs. You can choose to listen to the advice in the video or not. Totally up to you. The strategy is what afforded me temporalis in the first place primarily.
i do ritual and its super fuckign bad. i swear it takes me 12hrs to 24hrs of pure farming to see something that's worth it. i have all atlas points for ritual and good setup running only T15. im playing titan so maybe i need a brain dead busted build that 1 tap the whole screen
I was bored of breach so bought 2 audiences to get my first 2 points. Literally in the next hour found 2 more audiences and got 2 more points. Spent 10 more hours farming and got 0 😂 It's so rng.

You may feel like you're helping them but you're also making them feel bad about what they cant ever achieve. This isnt entirely your fault as the people who raised these prices to these levels just ruin the game for many new players. You're forced to play certain builds otherwise you face a brick wall and never progress.

That sounds insanely unlucky. If I average (with temporalis mind you) less than 1 every other hour. I am having bad luck. Keep grinding it. They will come. It is not uncommon to be deferring 2 invites at the same time.

@eskoxo there potentially some weird stuff going on with duping. Refer to "sirgog" for that one. (The channel) What I really think is happening people are worried about a looming temporalis nerf. I personally don't think even if it does see a small nerf wont be much because I am fairly certain that the devs put temporalis in the game for exactly the interaction between blink and temporalis. The devs heavily kept D2 in mind when making poe2 and temporalis is essentially poe2's enigma.
@@Eskoxo and that is the trade off. incorporating temporalis into a build makes you take some serious downsides. That is part of the reason I don't think the blink interaction will get nerfed into oblivion. I dropped 1/3 of my damage when I swapped to temporalis. Typically I Will try to find a cluster of 5+ towers. Run directly to them in the shortest path possible. Then once your precursor tablets are all installed. can go back and run the rituals. Similar idea to breach however what map we are running is far less important than in breach which is nice.
It's difficult to say especially since everyone plays differently and also RNG. The first 4 points are massively important though. especially. I will make a pinned comment on this.
Another crazy expensive strategy requiring a build that is going to get nerfed into the ground. Partner up with some RMT sites would be just as helpful as content like this.

And even though I wouldn't implement your strategy right away as I play ranger and feel really squishy doing rituals, I definitely adjust my atlas tree for more pack size. If it is deferred, It will come back relatively soon. It's not uncommon to go for a couple maps before it reappears.

that is an omen of amelioration. Since im almost lvl 97 the levels come really slow. That omen negates 75% of experience loss if I die.

Leave the pros to farm. You go slow and steady and by the time you're leveled up, prices for it will have dropped

@@Snugs_TTV you gota read between the lines. people say it's bad because it requires money to do it. Wana know whats also a good strat? buying tons of land in an area thats going up in value. Guess what? Most people can't do that so why even say it. What your video is doing is basically telling people that if they go into a lake they will get wet and if they are hungry they should eat food. We know that. Just don't make vids man as a new POE player you and even the successful content creators are pretty awful lol
@@16011160 I am sorry you can't afford or don't have the time for the strategy. That means I shouldn't make content on how I farmed currency? Should we not make build guides on high end builds because most can't afford it? With that logic. Half the content out there is gone. My very first POE2 video was a beginner strategy.
@@Snugs_TTV people sometimes are very weird. I found your videos really useful. And even though I wouldn't implement your strategy right away as I play ranger and feel really squishy doing rituals, I definitely adjust my atlas tree for more pack size. Also, thank you for explaining rarity. Im not gonna bother with pursuing more than 100 mf, as it starts to hurt my offensive capabilities. And as you said, killing more mobs faster is much better than killing less but with more mf.
