Email me if you’re in the market: info@milesgroome.com
It looks like a bunker
This is my dream place
Glad you like it!
This loft is 🔥🔥🔥😍
Agreed
Seen this on FB , such a nice place
Agreed! If you have any real estate related questions please let me know! info@milesgroome.com
I'll buy it right now... if you can move it to Naples, FL!! I loathe cold weather!!
Haha I love Florida! Thanks for watching
Excellent ( not a bachelor ) 2 bedrooms loft. Wow 🤩 The price justifies each corners of this place. Amazing. 👍😜❤️
@@milesgroome no worries , great job 👏 you featured. I’m a retired loft lover ever since ( industrial hard loft , Liberty village ) and I promote to all my friends . I’ll be proud to view your great features👍 cheers ❤️
Thank you @@florenciomendoza1212
Studio loft/suite is a better term for no bedrooms, a bachelor can have a bedroom, I have one but the cats have claimed it so I have my bed in the 220sf living room and live like I'm in a studio apartment.
@@ll7868 true 👍❤️🇨🇦
It's very unique, but where is the second bedroom? That rooftop is awesome!
Hi Darryl! The second bedroom is on the main floor across from the bathroom! It is a good size also
Any questions shoot me an email: info@milesgroome.com
1.65 mil in a sketchy area! Sold! NOT!😂
Possibly my new home
Glad you like it! If you have any questions email me: info@milesgroome.com 😊
Its beautiful except for the electric stove. Is there a gas line?
Send me an email: info@milesgroome.com
How wide is the terrain ? 8,66 meters or how wide is the living area ?
How wide is the terrace? Living area is approx 15.64 ft wide!
What does nick Rochefort think of it?
This is unit 124 not 125. No parking and no locker.. probably no amenities for about $900 in maintenance fees in that sketch area?
1. At least one of the swings can't be used because of the arcade machines.
2. There's no view on the roof
How many textures, colors and materials did the developer use in creating this abomination and monstrosity? It looks like it was designed by 12 different architects at once.
This place is cool, but where's the second bedroom? The rooftop is amazing, but some swings are blocked by arcade machines.
Also, no view from the roof. 😆
The motorcycle makes it look so cheesy. if this bachelor was actually a rider he would need a bunch of maintenance equiptment and a drawer full of his riding gear. A motorcycle by itself just screams "maybe this will impress a girl"
No thanks, no way. I didn't even see the 2nd bedroom, bathrooms are small..overpriced.
Thanks for watching Sandra!
I disagree Sandra. I think it's a great place, Sandra. Keep an open mind, Sandra. You'll grow to like it if you have a chance, Sandra
Cool space. Terrible investment. Build to suit one person in a questionable neighborhood. Trust me. I lived there for a while.
In my humble opinion it's a bit too cumbersome and busy for me. And why is the shower in the same space as the toilet? Yeah it's a no for me.
Wow, that looks horrible.
Someone might want to check the guest bathroom on the main floor.
You see I had treated myself to an egg salad sandwich with extra horseradish for my “elevensy” snack and it turned out to be quite rancid.
By the time of my booked viewing my stomach was fit to be tied and no knot would have been tight enough to stop the earthquake like eruption that was about to rip through my bowels as I entered the abode.
Not wanting to disturb the Sani strip across the toilet bowl I instead pulled a “top decker” wherein one removes the tank lid so that I could unleash the fiery screaming liquid party favours from the depths of my bowels.
I would like to say that my BM was well formed and could be easily scooped out but to do so would be a lie. I would also like to say that my aim was straight and concise into the tank but that too would be a lie.
Who knew that a bowel movement could set off the alarm but apparently the security system is equipped with a specialized heat sensor. An added upgrade to this home indeed.
While this home did not meet all my criteria, it did provide adequate facilities for me to, what felt like shitting out everything I have ever eaten!
Cheers!
Lol the area isn’t that great and the dropped door blocks sun. What an over priced rip off!
Sorry...dark, claustrophobic, exposed bathtub, no terrace view, questionable design choices (rock wall?), unusable swing....from the comments it's clearly some folk's catnip but definitely not mine.
Welcome to 2024, where what used to be some industrial area for junkies squatters is nowadays considered million $ luxury
Different for sure...wouldn't give you 1.65 million Sorry
Staged for a man-child who got lucky and made some dough.
This property would be a ghetto property in New York.
That's true for Canada as a whole, everything is better in USA
@@Niberspace Don’t under sell Canadians . The Canadian people are as good as any American . Unfortunately we both have lots of people today who are pop tarts.
