Hi Yasuko! Thank you for another great video 😊 Your son was so excited to make bagels with you, it was so cute to see you both happy! It seems like he’s growing up fast ❤ Next time I make your bagel recipe, I will try flattening one side when rolling, sometimes the bagels unravel while boiling so that is a great tip. The gratin is a great idea as well, it seems easy to make either with pumpkin or potato so I will give it a try! We’ve also been having cold weather so warm dishes and soup feel really nice at the moment. I look forward to next week’s recipes, take care and have a great week!
Yeah he sure does love to make bagels, he always brings the chair! 😂. I look forward to hearing how gratin turns out, like you say it's easy so I'm sure it will be great! As always thanks for your comment and support! Stay warm, take care and have a great week too! 🥰
The fish looked amazing! I have to look for that kind of fish I don't believe I have seen it here. Also must try it with your tartar sauce. Great video of healthy, yummy food!
Hi Yasuko, it's always fun to see your son attacking his food!😊 I think you've shown making bagels before, but this video shows very well how to form the dough into the bagel shape. I might even try it myself! By the way, if you put the baked bagels onto a tray in the freezer until they are hard, then put them into the freezer bag, they will be less likely to stick together (if that's ever a problem for you). Have a great week (it's very cold here in the Ottawa area too!).
Thank you for the freezer tip! I will try it next time I bake bagels 😊, although I'm not sure I have room to put a try in 🤔. Thanks! And you too, stay warm! 🤗
I love it that he wants to help.
Thank you for another wonderful video !
