I very much appreciate your taking the time to demonstrate for us this rather unanticipated process for removing the battery, however, the lack of verbal or printed instruction adversely impacted my understanding of the finer details and thus I was ultimately unable to successfully remove the battery. The liquid substance you applied, for example, went straight over my head, as did your reason for applying it to the strip of cardboard or whatever that was. I would suggest that perhaps you consider adding a few printed instructions throughout the program for those of us old folks whose understanding of technology is not nearly as sophisticated as yours.
