Josiah my friend! Great to see you reacting to this band! One of my favorite nostalgic sounding metalcore bands, they have been a big part of my metal listening journey ever since I heard their song Home is Where the Heart is on a call of duty sniping montage. Been in love with these guys ever since. Dennis is one of the best overalls vocalists in the scene in my opinion.
This band just picked up where KSE left off when Howard Jones left the band. I swear it's like they are KSE 2.0 (Howard Jones era). And none of this is meant in a bad way. I don't think the band is trying to emulate them, it just comes natural. The vocals, the guitar playing, to even the lyrics being almost always positive and giving a good message. Either way I love their music and hope they can keep dishing out bangers.
2023 is getting closer to it´s end and this song still holds the titel of best metal song of 2023 for me. A complete suprise for me but a very positive one! 2nd runner up would be In flames - Meet your maker.

These guys give me kingdom collapse vibes an any given sin l just discovered these guys not long ago to there very good
