I was really dead set against getting the vol. 2, because I have these issues in trade and also due to the mapping description. But, after seeing this video and the mapping, I changed my mind! Thank you for the review, Omar!
@@jaskoka8108 I think all versions of Miguel will be collected, it’s weird that they made so many alternate 2099 timelines (including one for Spider-Ham 2099 lol) but the one that they’ve been focusing on the last 4-5 years is the E-928 version that Steve Orlando did the Exodus, Dark Genesis and Miguel O’ Hara mini series on, the Symbiote Spider-Man 2099 mini that’s currently going is the original Miguel that Peter David created and funnily enough is also writing the book too. All in all I’d say anything under the Spidey 2099 banner would be collected in a third volume, but that probably wouldn’t be for awhile as there too few recent books to justify a proper omni, otherwise it’d be thinner than the Devil Dinosaur Omni and that thing is tiny lol.
I remember seeing Spidey2099 on that Superior Spider Man cover and being like 'Well, yes I'm reading this immediately!" ... really cool. I wonder how many character-focused omni's take big time jumps like this (15-20 years between appearances)?
Why is the comic issue cover the DM cover while the one that barely looks anything like the series is the regular cover? I need to get this, X-Men 2099, and a few other omnibuses, but I am tight on money right now for htem.
I think Miguel also joined the Exiles during the World Tour storyline. That would have been published between the Captain Marvel and Superior Spider-man stuff in this book.
I feel like everyone is sleeping on Miguel O'Hara because he's one of the best variants of Spider-Man in all of Marvel Comics. Next to Spider-Man Noir, Spider-Gwen, Miles Morales and my boy, Pete.
Lovely book. So many omnis, so little money 😂

If it has a 2099 in the title, you can be sure that I have already pre ordered! Let's dive in anyway!
We need a Doom 2099 to go next to the Doctor Doom omni
Go and vote. :)
Your country needs you lol
I wonder if a vol. 3 would ever be warranted what with all the newer Spider-Man 2099 series’ that have been coming out

Ooooh awesome, need to get this and vol. 1!
Tempted to get this one. It looks great next to Vol. 1
So excited! Now we need volume 3!
Is there enough material for a third volume?
@@vincentimbesi3947just a lot of mini series and one shots, there’s not much direction with the character
@@UltimatePower01 Thanks
Just got mine. It's a beauty.
Now we need David & Bagley & Sliney's Ben Reilly: Scarlet Spider!
Such a good looking book Omar 😀
I think you have the covers backwards. The book you have appears to be the standard edition
You are correct
Oh man here we gooo 🕷️🕷️🕷️
I remember seeing Spidey2099 on that Superior Spider Man cover and being like 'Well, yes I'm reading this immediately!" ... really cool. I wonder how many character-focused omni's take big time jumps like this (15-20 years between appearances)?
Yes! The 2010s ongoings were pretty cool, so I’m glad to see them coming back into circulation, even if I dislike the white suit.
This is my Spider-man; Scarlet Spider gets a silver medal
17:42 Kris Anka who designed that costume now working on the Spider-Verse movies and redesigned the classic 2099 costume there.
And now, we almost have material for SPIDER-MAN 2099 OMNIBUS VOL.3 :)
God. Damn. It. Omar! I should just label my expenses for omnis as Omar Omnis instead. 😂
Write me off on your taxes lol.
Omar, you sure you've got the standard and DM right? I've preordered on amazon and it has this cover.
You are correct.
Why is the comic issue cover the DM cover while the one that barely looks anything like the series is the regular cover?
I need to get this, X-Men 2099, and a few other omnibuses, but I am tight on money right now for htem.
It’s the standard. DM is the Pascual Ferry cover:
I think Miguel also joined the Exiles during the World Tour storyline. That would have been published between the Captain Marvel and Superior Spider-man stuff in this book.
That was an alternate universe Miguel.
Quick question Omar - Isn't the cover shown in the video the standard one?
The cover you have is not the DM for volume 2. You have the standard edition cover.
That’s right: thank you.
I feel like everyone is sleeping on Miguel O'Hara because he's one of the best variants of Spider-Man in all of Marvel Comics. Next to Spider-Man Noir, Spider-Gwen, Miles Morales and my boy, Pete.
I was hoping timestorm would have been included with this having never read it before, don't know if the story is relevant or not XD
So what’s your favorite Batman book of all time?? Just wondering
Legacy!
I think I'll pass this one out. I still have 2 more coming: Wolverine 5 and Ghost rider.
