@@Erika2 So true. When the pandemic hit I realized I’d have to hop on RUclips if I was going to surround myself with people I respected & admired. Just to be able to watch positive, productive people doing their thing is really motivating. So thank you for being one of those positive people for me.🙏
Thank you Erika! I started to realize that I make too many decisions on a day-to-day basis and not focusing on on the value of my time. I am going to start making some changes in my life.

The one thing that completely changed my mindset for the better was learning from my mistake. I leased a vehicle for an outrageous price, didn't negotiate, and fell for all these sign-up additions at the dealership as a result. But after that incident, I learned how to better manage my money, invest, negotiate, and try new ideas along the way. Best, worst experience of my life 😅
Wow! I accidentally bump into this channel and I got to say this channel is underrated. Your video speaks the truth for many American workers! We trade our time to work so hard yet companies value so little. I recently started my own business after graduating from college and I am very happy with my decision. Please continue to inspire others! All hard-working families deserve better!
For sure! It's such a valuable mindset shift though. I grew up with my mom saying 'failure is just a great way of learning how not to do something' and I've always appreciated that phrase so much!
It's important to distinguish between the level of a "need" and a "want". You NEED clothing, but it doesn't have to be brand name. You need a phone...it doesn't have to be an iphone 37 (or whatever they're up to now).
What a motivating vlog to watch. I am 55 years old, built a success career in sales for bosses but have not proven a successful business on my own. I loved your point about the more frugal you have - the more freedom you have. It’s easier to do the next right thing when the goal is clearly defined : financial freedom.
For sure! I feel like so many people have misconceptions about being frugal and feeling a sense of 'lack', when it actually allows so much more freedom for the things you truly enjoy!

I didn’t really take up reading until a few years ago when I read that the average CEO reads about 60 books per year. The average American reads about 12 books per year (although I feel this number is quite high). There’s obviously certain habits these people follow to be where they are, and I think reading/continuing education in general is a big one.
I had myself in the position of “auditing” my social interaction a couple of years ago, and I’m so happy I did! Nobody understood when I decided a freelance path instead of a potential six figure industry. Nobody understood the concept of “ wealth”. Some years later, I have the time, the money and the options, they only have “potentially” the money, 😉
