B2P2 Series 6: Decision making in infants - Whether to operate or not- which will give good results?

When an infant with obstetric brachial plexus injury or Birth Brachial Plexus Palsy (B2P2) is seen, a decision needs to be taken - whether it will recover on its own, or we will have to operate. And if we are going to operate, when should we operate?
