Ah yes, my favorite Yisang Announcer: NELLY. Before anyone asks, I did a Butler Outis solo before this one, so I forgot to change it... AGAIN. I guess she's going to haunt me in my solos now. Now about this run, it was... horrible. This really tested my patience and overall knowledge of the game. "But it was just 3 Floor Boss of minions and waves." I could buy that if I hadn't done Dongrang on Floor 4. If it wasn't for "Huge Gift Sack" and "Painkiller", that run would be pretty much impossible. Believe me or not, I have a 4+ hour recording of just failed attempts and this one was the SECOND time i got past turn 4. Yeah... this run was a pain. But the amount of reception my videos have been receiving has motivated me to make these solos with the Base IDs. So thank you. I probably won't upload another solo until a few days after Walpurgis, since I'll be testing the IDs (if I get them lol) and relax for a while.
Dongrang Who Denies All really can be a excruciating run killer to get past. I had a really good Godcliff solo and he ended the run on the 4th floor, even after getting past the slash robots from Canto 4.
I salute you, your determination to do this solo is an ideal I aspire to... I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, I'm pretty sure Yi Sang might be the hardest base Sinner ID to solo with. Like, even base Sinclair has some things going for him, like his S3 being able to stack (unfortunately same turn) Attack Power Up so his S2 can be improved.
For your first question, the reason Fairy Gentleman doesn't do that much damage is because Yi Sang has resistance to Pierce (x0.5) and Blunt (x1). Now, if you add the change of Sin Resistance thanks to Dimensional Shredder (x0.75 for Lust) he doesn't do much damage. Still, in the case of Blunt Skills you can see that he does some of it but not that much. Take note that I also had "Huge Gift Sack" in this run, so i got 2 Protection every turn. Now, for the other question it's really simple. When it comes to choose the enemies buff's at the end of every Boss Floor, there are some cases that the buffs doesn't give them Clash, Final, Base Power, or even Offense Level Up. This also happens with the "Enemy Level Up" when you choose the EGO Gift after the Floor Boss (the higher the Tier of the EGO Gift, the higher the Enemy Level will increase). In the case of this run I tried to choose the ones that give the less amount of these buffs so I can have the opportunity to win some Clashes instead of using EGOs (in the case of Dongrang after Turn 6 for example). Hopefully I answered your questions!

Accept the adorable hag as your announcer and be reborn
I do like how Yi Sang’s block sprite makes his “block” clash win look like he’s parrying attacks as opposed to others just plain blocking it
He did it!!! He’s deflecting!!!!!
Even when I used him in early game, i have basically never seen his animations till now. His skill 2 uses a fucking book like damn
“HE’S AN ARCHITECT WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING”
-Them probably

aw man the missed opportunity of using crows eye view and playing fly my wings at the end
Probably, if it had been Dongrang on the 5th floor, I could have tried it. But at that point I just wanted to finish the run.
no calm water... impressive
yi sang: who deals no damage
😡
The pgr endless path in the bg tho
Why does the last boss deal no damage? And how do you win the clashes? Don't the offense level insanely stack?
