I have never played Lobotomy Corp, but it should be standard procedure to note Clerks that stand out that manage to survive the day, memorize their appearance, and hire your next agent to look like them
Fun fact: The reason why lobotomy corporation looks like that, so agents look like dolls and abnormalities look like weird toys is because there is a filter to protect managers mind
