I think there might be a pocket at the base of the organiser to slide in the plastic. Look on the outside at the very bottom. I love all your videos. ❤❤❤

I did not know they changed the leather on DE to matte leather. Very interesting! Hope it's an effective fix. I have the classic speedy in DE with the shiny leather and haven't had any probs. But i know many others have experienced probs. It's my first time watching you. I enjoyed your video.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned it, but I think that clear plastic piece for the bottom fits in a slot inside a pocket at bottom of the Cloversac organizer. For reference, I have the Emma 28.

Glad I stumbled on your video! I'm super torn on getting the new speedy b 25 DE or to get one pre-loved because of the matte finish leather on the new DE. From what I've read, a lot of the cracking and peeling from the shiny leather is from the Neverfull bag, a lot of speedy owner said that they don't see any cracking or peeling from their original speedy be in DE.
How does the matte finish holding up on your speedy b nowadays 3 yrs after this video?
Is it easy to get some water marks (rain) on the matte handle? I know that rain isn't an issue with the original shiny leather. Curious to know how the matte leather performs! :) Thanks so much Mimi!!

Stamping is free - Luggage tag I can't remember it was a year ago since I purchased it but I don't think no more than $90? I can't be for certain sorry hope that helps!

Depends on what you would use it for, neverfull mm is good for every day but GM is good for travel, school, overnight bag, work. The speedy is good for everyday usage!

If your CA is nice they might, can't give you an answer girl /: It's technically not allowed unless you own an item that comes with one (even then you can't choose any kind, it has to be the exact one from the bag you have on your history). I would say it doesn't hurt to ask! If they don't budge I would say look on the preloved market I've seen some before unstamped!
Hi thanks for sharing. Can i know since when the Speedy 25 Damier Ebene leather changed to matt which you mentioned in your video? I wanted to get one soon but afraid the store here in Asia here may have the old stocks and they will just sell that to me. I do not know of any Sales Associate since this will be my first purchase for LV and given that there is a lock down movement control and they may not have new stocks since March. I can reject it but afraid may not be able to tell the difference a lot between the shinny and the matt one. Appreciate your advise.
They don’t have shiny leather anymore you’re good. Haven’t been in production for awhile

I was wondering if you know if the leather on the 2020 speedy 25 (the one without the strap) is darker or lighter than the one you have? On the website it shows a bit lighter, but im not sure how accurate the color on the website is to the real version.

They’re “repair parts” cannot be ordered online. If you have a good CA that you shop with frequently sometimes they can pull some strings to get it for you, but each store works at their own discretion. Hope you can get one doesn’t hurt to ask!
I’m new to LV so forgive me if the question is silly but is the material actually leather or canvas.
No worries! The bag itself is triple coated canvas with PVC, basically like a plastic coating to protect the cotton canvas. But the handles and straps (dark brown material) is leather 🤗

I have the same bag as you, I was out and about when I noticed a popped stitch, so I took it to the store and they wouldn't do anything for me because I was using it. BS
Yeah once it’s used it cannot be returned or replaced you’d have to pay to get it restitched /:

If it looks new just go home take the stuff out and go back. That literally happened to me but the store manager was helpful and let me switch it out right there since it was literally my first time out with it. Just happened to be back at the mall when I noticed the defect

You can’t buy on the website unfortunately. You have to have an item on your account that comes with a luggage tag, like the keepalls in order to order them as a replacement “repair” item. You can try your luck asking the associate if they’re nice they might do it for you. It has to be ordered from the store 😅
