How does the mirror technique apply to me, someone who is now ok with not speaking to my twin? My twin cutting off communication caused me to turn my focus inward and as a result, i received a lot of healing. I am actually thankful that my twin stopped communicating with me. Is it supposed to be this way, or am i supposed to want to communicate with my twin?
It sounds like you are unattached. If you feel peaceful and present with yourself (not numb) you are on the right track. The mirror exercise is for when you have an upset with what you are experiencing.
There are times that it is better to make contact and there are times when it is better to simply be quiet and focus on yourself with no outward action.
