thanks for OEM part, installed today - we have MEDC215EW1 > the panel access little different than the model here > it needed physically removed from dryer top and then the back panel screws allowed panel removal and access to the controls...YMMV as they say! Appreciate all the great DIY videos and of course fair pricing on OEM stuff. Great business model - will return again next uh-oh on home appliance!
I accidentally installed a WPW10185982 to replace a WPW10185992. It works but the control knob is not lined up with the markings on the dryer now. Can I just replace the knob to fix this issue or do I need to replace the timer again.
