The Ryman Auditorium is also a very well known auditorium in Southern Gospel Music as well. Gospel singers like Dottie Rambo,Vestal Goodman,J.D. Sumner, The Blackwood Brothers,Bill and Gloria Gaither, and The Imperial’s Quartet as backup singers for Elvis Presley have performed at the Ryman. It’s truly an amazing place and I am glad it has been preserved and is still used on a fairly regular basis.
