They can't work together, it won't work, but the fact that they have very different play styles makes them incredibly hard to deal with rn. You can't delegate your whole team to stop Isagi, because Kaiser is currently starting to use more players to his advantage, while if you wanted to stop him, Isagi will fuck you in the ass with his trio. They're not like Rin and Shidou, where both of them require Charles to start the attack, they both attack simultaneously with different tactics

This action from Kaiser, in my opinion, was the best he could've taken. Before he was just trying to cling onto his control over the team, he was playing to not lose, not to "win" or improve. But by now playing with everyone on the field, he can indeed regain control of the team and reach even greater heights: instead of playing with just the germans, to prove to Noa things in the team shouldn't change so he doesn't lose his spot, he is now embracing that change, discarding his past glory and knowing that that phase of his life is over, so he shouldn't cling to it, for that is destructive and stops from reaching your full potential. In fact, one is the emperor of the team only if he remains as the protagonist, or at least co-protagonist, through the various changes that WILL occur on that same team. Also, this scheme that has Isagi as the main weapon and Kaiser as a secondary one is very frightening, because Isagi's and Kaiser's roles can change in a pinch depending on the flow of the game. When Kaiser scores with Magnus, he will probably become the center of attention, while Isagi takes on the secondary striker role, and so if the direct too much attention to Kaiser, many opportunities will open up for Isagi. Even as things are now, if they direct too much attention to Isagi, Kaiser will have lots of opportunities.

That said I do rank Noel Noa as the worst coach because he hasn't addressed the problems on the team as realistically they should not have made it as far as they did.
